Harry Potter was nowhere to be found when Hogwarts Philly sector was attacked by the dementors and death eaters. So it was up to RemusLupin to call on the forces of Dumbledore's Army to protect the world from such destruction. Many killing spells were cast out towards RemusLupin's best friend SiriusBlack, each to be parried away by the troops of Dumbledore's army. These forces had trained day and night in the shadows of the Room of Requirement, knowing of a prophecy that one day they shall be destined to defend the great city of Philadelphia.

Remus never thought the prophecy would come true but indeed it had.... He was destined to lead the forces of Dumbledore's army in the absence of young Harry Potter. And many of the world greatest young witches and wizards would flock to him to fight against evil and wrong doings everywhere. Dumbledore's Army has rose in the cities time of need and desperation.

A little confused by the seemingly magical events in Old City District, Fips scratched the back of his head, as he approached RemusLupin.

"Congratulations RemusLupin, I'm sure you will do Philadelphia well."

Karmen noticed some people discussing magical things and looking on towards what appeared to be a Wizard. She laughed a little then made her way up to RemusLupin, a man she had never gotten the chance to meet.

She gave him a quick handshake and said, "Congratulations on this Remus. I know we don't really know each other, never talked, never met before now, but when someone gets this type of opportunity, I like to wish them well. It is very nice to meet you, and I'm sure you will do great things for Old City District, PH! Congratulations again on this great chance."

Silencio had heard Remus was given authorization for a headquarter days before but hadn't had the chance to congratulate him personally yet. Wondering around with not much to do, he figured this would be as good of a chance as any to see Remus. He approached him with his arm extended.

"It's good to see you in your new bold suit, may you lead Dumbledore's Army into many great successes!"

With that being said Sil shook hands with Remus and departed ways.

Tony walked up to greet the new Don, RemusLupin. He shook his hand and then took a step back to congratulate him.

"Don Remus, congratulations to you on this next chapter in your life in this thing of ours. I wish you and your Dumbledore's Army all the best and all the success in the world. I know you and where you come from. You're a hard worker and am truly glad to see you wearing the bold suit. If you should need anything I am only a letter or phone call away. Good luck to you Remus and once again congratulations."

Tony then reached over once more to shake the new Don's hand and also slipped a envelope into his pocket. He tapped him on the back and nodded before stepping back and allowing the next person to speak.

Standing amongst the crowd within the headquarters of the newly founded Dumbledore's Army, Leon approached Remus with a fresh Cohiba and an envelope of tribute.

"I now commend you on your ability to rally under great pressure.  They say that 'fortune favors the bold' and may your fortunes grow hand-in-hand with your courage," Leon says as he hands Remus the gifts.

Paying his respects to the new members of this organization, LeonMalikov leaves the building on a chopped out broomstick, leaving a trail of magic exhaust behind him.
