I was thinking that maybe there could be a stock market where you buy and sell stocks at either a profit or a loss which would meep the money balanced. I know this one is a longshot but maybe they could add New Jersey |

We can't fill the current cities, so no additional city shall be added until the user base increases.
To your stock suggestion, once upon a time we had a stock market of sorts. It was based around the business district, and how active or inactive they where. I don't remember the exact reasons why, but it as taken down and never reimplimented. |

The MRSE existed at one time, but it never really did anything. I believe there were talks of remaking it at one point, but interest never really picked up. As for opening of another city, I don't think we have the player base for it right now. As it stands Chicago has been empty for some time now. |

Jersey is already on the list, however, many many other areas have to open up long before Jersey would become live. South jersey had Atlantic City, which because of its proximity to Philly, would require quite a lot of other areas to be filled before we would put one smack dab next to another active area. |
