It was a sunny day outside Rev. Al's Las Vegas HQ, the mafia world was back stable and the community rebuilding process was in it's beginning stages. Rev. Al had been making his rounds, blessing the grounds in cities all over the map. Being Community Chaplain was a hard job, but the people needed a religious leader and the reverend filled those shoes to the best of his ability. 

Rev. Al took a sip of his holy wine, Rev. loved holy wine, it was his way of filling himself with the holy spirit. Some nights he'd get so full of the holy wine Rev. would found himself over at the HQ of Lucius lurking the halls. Partly because the word on the streets was that their was a HalfPint just sitting around over their. It was Rev. Al's duty to investigate these findings. The passing of Brother Freelancer had weighed heavy on Rev. and drinking was a good pain reliever.

Stumbling down the hall of The First Legion, Rev. Al ran into HalfPint...Rev. Al quickly asked

Brother HalfPint! I was running low on holy wine and someone told me you all had a Halfpint over here.

Rev. Al looked HalfPint up and down, smacked himself on the forehead and shook his head from side to side saying

HalfPint! Damn it they were talking about you.

Rev. Al put his hands on HalfPints shoulder and said

Well since I'm here let me have a quick word with you. I've been noticing the work you've been putting in for the city of Las Vegas, this makes me proud, but most importantly it improves the city.

I want you to head over on the back side of The Strip by the whore houses and put yourself a crew together. I know you'll pick a good group of Mafioso to lead and help build the great city of Las Vegas. Go my son with God speed. You have my blessing. 

Halfpint greets Rev in the halls of the legion HQ, Yes sir we do have a Halfpint over here im right here "Half smiles at the Rev" but befor move on halfpint smiles as he hands rev a glass "try this for some pain relief"

Now then what was it we was speaking about oh yes the rebuild of this grate city of ours sir i cant explain how happy i am to be here "Half smiles at the Rev", after the pair spoke i walked down to where the Whore house's stand and next door was the new place i was going to call home "half gets the ladder out first thing's first Half began to bang a sign on the wall that said in bold wrighting The Los Vegas Crime Syndicate half steps down with a huge smile on his face" This is one happy day for me and for that i would like to thank you Rev and the city of Los Vegas,
