Casino's owned by players in each city, Perhaps Godfathers or CL, Or just rich players. The owner could put some money into the casino making it the Dealer's or the House's playing money. The owner would either make money from the winnings, or lose (according to people's playing skills/luck). The owner could even play as the dealer when he is online in blackjack. If the owner did not put enough money into the Casino he would lose it to the player that took the last of the House's money. Bribes would have to be made to stop police raids much like DFPs, which would lower the income rate of the casino. This bribery could be a percentage so when your not earning much your not going into a negative income which makes owning a casino still a positive way to earn money. The Casino could be sold by the owner and renamed by the owner. If the owner died the Casino would either A: Go up for sale upon his death. or B: Go to the person who killed the owner. (Unsure which would be better, since B: could make the owner's life a lot shorter.) Once a new owner has acquired the Casino he has one hour to decide whether he wants to keep it or sell it off. This timer also allows the new owner to put more money into the casino instead of losing it instantly because it has no money and someone else has won against the house. Pros: Player interaction with other players. A business owned by players. A new way of earning money. Cons: May cause a lot of unauthorized shots on the owner. |

Thats a very good idea my friend. How bout you don't have to kill the owner,you can bomb it and its back on sale. But I dunno whats the coder think,but this is a great idea however. |

Seems this idea has already been thought of by the coders. But for the sake of it i'll reply to BlackHandRourke's post.

The owner really can't "play" as the dealer. Blackjack dealers have a no "options", there is only one way to play. So if the owner played as dealer, all he could do is hit a single button over and over and over and over with no options, no choices. A player on the other hand has choices, he can hit on a hard 18, stand on a soft 15, whatever floats his boat. |
