So some schmuk comes up during a war, or just cos they're feeling angry and want to take it on you..

by some miracle a cat jumps from a ledge onto a dustbin lid and falls through it, making a racket. you turn just in time to see joe bloggs jr the disgruntled pacing towards you with his arm out stretched.

you know the score, you've been on the other end of this scenario, so your adrenaline kicks in and your body reacts without any forethought.

CLICK CLICK goes the would be assassin's unloaded revolver. POW POW! goes your canon and he's lying on the floor bleeding to death. you stand over the weazing blood covered assailant and you say to him/her

"Insert wackwack whisper/shout here"

I know it wouldn't be used as much as the normal whisper/shout feature, or the splutterings of a dying mafioso, but... it would be nice to give a would be killer you wackback a nice lil "f*ck you for trying" to send them on their way. perhaps set the same way your normal death whisper would be.

I actually like this idea.....  It would be nice to let your assailant know how you feel about there mistake.  

I would like to build on this idea slightly.....  

Everyone's gun is different and there is no absolute guarantee on any shot.  If your attacker w/b's, then you would have a few different options depending on what happens.  

A. Your attacker misses, You shout back and fire your own shot.  Sending your attacker to swim with the fish and as they take their last gasping breaths, they hear you shout back at them. (Fatial WB)

B.  Your attacker misses, You shout back fire and miss.  At this point both people have missed and the Fuzz is quickly approaching and they throw both of your asses in jail for unlawful discharge of a weapon.

C. Your attacker misses,  You then shout back and miss as well.  You're standing each other down in an alley.  This is now a gentleman's duel of sorts.  You take shots at each other until your revolvers are empty and only one person is left standing.  If both bodies are still standing, the fuzz is there waiting to toss you bums in jail for attempted murder.  

I know that these may not be the easiest to code but would definitely add to the realism of the game.  In this case, to shout back at your attacker, you would both have to be online or else it would default to the traditional wb flow.  

this is silly if you try to kill someone you have taken the time to plan your hit and thought about what you would do so you would say your whisper quick and get out of there but if you get shot at and react instantly killing that person instead you aint gonna have the time and stuff to go to them and say somethin you probably are to busy gettin the fuck outa there cause you know ppl are tryna kill you i dont like this really but its nbd if it gets added not like its a big change or nothin
