Ryssa had been thinking all day about the speeches she had heard. Some were well thought out and others were slightly lacking. She was trying to figure out a decent and nice way of bringing it up but the only way that made sense was straight forward. A plea on behalf of those writing and attending the speeches.

Dear fellow community members,

I first would like to say that I would never say anyone could not speak. So do not mistake that for this.

Carrying on, I would like to ask that those who are writing up speeches to please flesh it out. Please give it some meat rather than bones. Something that we could all enjoy and discuss.

I want to hear your thoughts and opinions. I want to see the questions. Most of all I want to know what it is that will be up for discussion. So flesh that baby out. Feed it a little more and make it ripe for the speaking.

For those that do not join into discussions, it would be nice to see you out and about. If you know, feel like speaking while your coffee gets heated up by a local shop owner.

All I ask is that i understand what your questions are. What you are talking about and what you intend to discuss.

With a serious look on her face, Ryssa ponders if this will be effective. She can only hope so. Speaking was a great deal for her and she enjoyed conversations a little more than she probably should.

Sometimes I consider making speeches in these streets. Sometimes I get a little scared before doing so since this is a community of snakes, savages and even mongooses. It's not fun for a little Otter to be frightened as so.

I do agree with you however that some people should really consider thinking their thoughts through before talking about something so simple without any thought behind it. It is a little odd with some of these speeches only lasting a mere ten seconds, if that. 

Then again.. Most people don't take me seriously because i'm an otter. The last person I tried talking to gave me a weird response. "OH MY GOD. A TALKING OTTER, RUN!".

It hurt my feelings.

Perhaps we should consider an animal activist group so they can advocate that Otters and other animals have thoughts and feelings to. What do you think?

I am against anyone not being able to speak their minds. Well unless they are full on disrespectful and rude, but otherwise anyone should have the ability to speak without being jumped on by the savages just waiting to chew you to bits.
