"There it is" I said to my self, while walking towards the local Post Office.
It was just another day at the office for me. Nothing like a little robbery to start off the day.
I passed by here yesterday, it looked friendly enough.
I like friendly.
Friendly doesn't try to be a hero...

Makes my life a whole lot easier.
Pulling off a heist is one thing. But popping civies left n right, is a surefire way of getting a one way ticked to the Big House.
Or worse, the family could consider me a liability. I shudder at the thought...

I double-checked my pockets as I moved closer to my destination.
My own personal little piggy bank, my own little source of good times and happy days.
I couldn't help but smile a little at the thought...

I'm just going to case the joint today, so I left my piece at the motel.
Didn't feel like getting pinched by some underpaid overzealous Rent-a-Cop.
So the iron will hafto stay at home today. "Better safe, than sorry" My mom always said.

There was this nagging feeling in the pit of my stomach the second I walked through the front door,
but I just figured it was from the "Today's Special" I ate at the diner across from my motel.
The food was horrible. But the dame was a knocker. I never could say no to a beautiful broad.

There I go again. Smiling... I better not make a habit of it. It's not good for my image...

This is first part of a little story I'm just making up as I go.

I'm a little tired now. So I'll continue it later.
