Obstacle was obviously in a good mood when she entered the new HQ where her members already gathered in the hallway. Obstacle also saw a few familiar faced. Leaders from other cities also came to Chicago to celebrate the opening of Obstacles HQ. She started talking.

I am here to announce that during the war I was forced to open a HQ here in The Loop, Chicago. We were all too busy dealing with our war stuff that we had no time to officially announce and open this nice building.

That is why I invited you all to celebrate with me the opening of the new crew in The Loop, Chicago.

My great great grandmother and her grandmothers before that were leaders of this famous family. I want to continue their legacy. It is my intention to lead this family to be a great one. 

Now lets celebrate, the drinks are free.

Congratulations on the new crew, Obstacle! I remember my first ancestor was there. O.O It's nice to see another try to repopulate such a great city. 

Congratulations ma'am, like Reason said Chicago has treated my blood with some fond memories. Here's to you creating your own out there.

Obstacle thank-you for everything, thanks for supporting my father when he served under tyrion and you.  I know CH will be in excellent hands and I know many good things will come.  Once again thanks for everything.

Akasha smiles from within a nearby shadow.  Thinking to herself she is pleased to be part of the family and hopefully will make a big impression in times to come.  She fades slowly into the shadows again to make to snatch a few purses from a few coffin dodgers as they put up the least resistance because of their age.  

A bottle of cold iced whiskey wouldn't hurt to try in this heat, Carnival thinking to himself as he had made his way to go and congratulate the new crew leader Obstacle.

Congratz LF on the family and new city. If anyone's capable of restoring Chicago to it's former glory it's hands down you. Can't wait to see the great things that will come of this.
