From his Manhattan HQ, JaimeLannister surveyed the New York skyline. This had been a period of intense bloodshed not just for the city he called home, but for cities right across our nation. Cities formerly bustling with activity had been razed to the ground over the course of a few days. Prominent leaders had taken their last breath. However, he knew that it was up to those who remained to carry on and to rebuild their way of life.

Leaving his HQ, he headed to the city hall. He climbed the steps and began to speak to the gathered audience.

"Ladies and gentlemen, this has been a period unlike many we have seen in recent times. Our way of life has lost many prominent faces, many of whom will be sadly missed. I would like to propose a toast in particular to those from the fine city of New York who met their demises this weekend. The likes of Godfather Chairman Chris_Vaughn, Godfather Dr_KennethNoisewater and Don TyrionLannister, the heads of our three respective districts, who served our great city with such distinction. We will forever remember their contribution to the city and we mourn their untimely passing."

"However, it is our duty to look forward rather than back. We who remain are tasked with rebuilding our way of life across the country. I therefore have a few announcements to make regarding the immediate future. As you may have already gathered, I have recently moved my own family to Old City District, Philadelphia."

"In addition to my own family's movement, I would also like to announce the arrival of two new leaders who will be setting up alongside me in Philadelphia. The first of these is CerseiLannister, who will be setting up in Bella Vista. She will be joined by Camel, who will be setting up an operation in South Philly. Philadelphia is a city that was at the heart of the recent bloodshed, and overseeing its revival will be a long and arduous task. However, with Cersei and Camel I am confident that we will be able to restore the city to glory, and ensure its prosperity for a long time to come."

"Thank you for your time."

Jaime quickly descended the steps and returned to his car, ready to begin preparations for the move to Philly.

Leaving aside his joker self, Carnival knew full well that there had been great changes within Philadelphia and every city for that matter, many great men and women that had died in the recent few days. But knowing that nothing lasts forever he had a slight smile on is face, maybe the current generation would bring a change to this thing of ours and there would be peace for a while. Leaving the thoughts of the recent days aside, Carnival had to congratulate Jaime's transfer from New York and set up in Philadelphia, and hoping that Carnival's boss and Jaime himself with Camel at their side, would bring in the old days of Philadephia's glory back.

After saying his piece, Carnival took few steps back, turning at the other direction, making his way to the other places that needed to pay a visit.

Congratulations my old friend seeing you take control of PH makes me real happy it was a long slog but you all got there in the end, as always when the chips fell you stood up maximum respect, all the best buddy you know where I am if you ever need anything.

Cersei kisses JaimeLannister on the cheek. Standing at his side, she speaks up.

"My twin, my brother, you really are the consummate survivor. We've been here before, and I wouldn't be surprised if one day we're here again. Holding your head high, fighting hard and surviving seems to be the specialty of your bloodline and working alongside you is always one of the things that truly brings life to mine. 

I couldn't be happier to be working here alongside you again, and I honestly can't think of anybody else that could've convinced my bloodline to put on a bold suit again. You know I'll do my best for you, brother.

Congratulations on your district and to both you and your captain.  The tails of your bloodlines survivalism is legendary Jaime and i look forward to watching Philly grow and succeed.

It was with great pride that Fidel stood by JaimeLannister as he made his speech. This had been a busy few days for both of them: following the bloodiest war seen since his bloodline stepped off the boat, he had been helping Jaime as much as he could in executing the move to Philadelphia. He decided to offer a few of his own words after Jaime finished speaking.

"Comrade Jaime, the emotions I experience as I stand here are a mix of sadness and excitement. I'll take each of them in turn. The war saw the loss of many great comrades and allies in New York and beyond. The likes of Godfather Chris_Vaughn, Godfather Dr_KennethNoisewater and Don TyrionLannister served the city of New York with distinction and they will be sadly missed. We ourselves lost our former Right Hand Man AryaStark to a tragic accident in the line of duty and he will be sadly missed. It is however a matter of great pleasure to welcome his daughter Comrade Ygritte to our ranks, and I greatly look forward to working with her."

"Our move to Philadelphia, however, is a matter of great excitement to me. This city has been decimated by the war, and many distinguished members of our way of life have met their end; rebuilding it to its former levels will take a great amount of time and effort. However, I am absolutely confident that our city has the talent in charge to make that happen, and hopefully take the city to even greater things. Comrade CerseiLannister in Bella Vista and Comrade Camel in South Philly are both fine choices to lead those respective districts, and I look forward to working with them just as closely as before. For the spirit of socialism and cooperation run through Comandante Fidel's blood."

Fidel pulls a large bottle of specially imported Cuban rum from his bag and pours it into glasses for a toast to the future of this great city.
