He wandered the streets, listening to the views of others and pondering on things. The city lights brought some sort of comfort to him as he passed by the local businesses and underground gambling houses. After days of going of through the events of the past week in his mind, Hector came to a desire to express his feelings on the subjects in the best way he knew how. He stepped off of the sidewalk and unto the street, asking for the attention of those present;

Having said his peace, Hector fixes his overcoat and lights a cigarette. 

He walks over to stand under one of the light posts as it flickers in and out.
