To tie in with the original hand rank requirements, starting soon - a CL can not receive a promotion if his current hands do not meet the minimum rank requirement to be a hand. You will either need to wait until your hands qualify, or remove the under-ranked hands. |

Is there anything to prevent removing a goomba RH, then making a random Consig a RH, CL gets promo, then remove Consig, make goomba a RH again? |

Any CL at Made Man can have anyone as a hand regardless of rank, but that CL can not be promoted to Capo until his RHM is eligible for a Made Man promotion and LHM for Wise Guy promotion. |

Yeah you dont actually need a LHM, so not having one is OK and places no restrictions on the CL if they want to go that route. |

You don't technically need a Right Hand either, just saying! I never noticed this Rule Change... I must say, it's about time honestly. I know you guys were hesitant to do this for the longest time, but I think it's a very wise decision. |
