Paul watched as the rain pelted the ground outside. This Philly night was very stormy. It gave Paul a very good feeling--he loved thunderstorms. Paul watched as the slick car pulled up outside of the headquarters. He turned to Don Odd and let him know.

It's here boss.

Paul opened the door and let the bodyguards escort the Don to the car, holding an umbrella over his head. Paul followed the Don and got in behind him. The car pulled away and drove toward the most important destination of not only the Don's life, but his own as well. The car ride was silent except for the roar of the engine and the rain falling on the roof. The car stopped outside of the house and Paul just stared at it. Only one light on in the whole mansion. Paul waited for the bodyguard to open the door and he stepped out with the Don following him closely. Paul pulled out the gun from his jacket and handed it to Don Odd. They looked at each other for a few moments then a loud and shaking blast of thunder shook them both out of the trance. Paul gave Odd a taut smile and gentle pat on the back.

Go get what is yours.

Don Odd nodded and walked to the front door. The door was left unlocked--just as planned. He entered. Paul tapped his foot in a nervously impatient way. This was a big moment for his Don and best friend. It affected him just as much as it did Odd. Paul took out a cigar and lit it up watching the house sharply. He soon heard the familiar sounds of a struggle coming from inside. Then a few gunshots rang out. Paul's entire body tensed--it seemed like time had stopped. Paul saw the door open and he hastily began to pull his piece out of his jacket. A silhouetted figure paused in the doorway for a full apprehension-filled minute. Paul noticed it was Godfather Lionheart standing there. Paul pulled hist pistol and took aim at the Godfather as he began to pull the trigger he watched as the man collapsed down the stairs and their stood Godfather Odd standing triumphantly victorious over the body of JimmyTheLionHeart. Then, after releasing a short giggle, Don Odd began to walk down the front steps. Paul slid his pistol back into the holster and approached the new Godfather of Philly. He took his Boss's hand and kissed his ring reverently. Paul escorted him back to the car and they pulled away back to the Spirit HQ. On the journey back, the rain slowed to a drizzle, finally stopping as the clouds began to dissipate. The full moon shone through brightly as they pulled up to the discreet warehouse in which the celebration party was to be held. Godfather Odd smiled as he stepped out of the car, happily inhaling the night air. Paul and the new Godfather entered the warehouse where everyone was sitting, talking, and anxiously waiting for their arrival. Paul stepped forward and spoke to the gathered crowd.

Everyone I would like to present to you all the new Godfather of Philly. Please give your respects to the new Godfather. I give you Godfather Odd.

Paul began to clap and smile as a line formed in front of the Godfather to show their respect.

Congratulations my old friend, You have more than earned it.
