Otis pulls up to a shiny new mansion in his Auburn 1931 Convertible Phaeton Sedan he steps out and walks up to the podium lighting a cigar along the way. He quickly glances over to his Right Hand TehGun and then faces the gathered crowd and begins to speak.

Hello everyone. Ladies, gentlemen. I am honored today to announce the excellent opportunity that has been granted to me. The opportunity I speak of is that I have been named the newest Captain in New York. After being granted auth by Godfather ThomasRourke and Crew Leader TM, I have been named a captain under The Sicilian Connection. I plan to live up to the excellent standards set by Godfather Rourke in the fine city of New York.

When I first started in this thing of ours, I was only a lowly gangster. I was confused, lost, walking the streets, these very streets of New York to start off actually. I was not quite sure what to do, so I started off by snatching a few old ladies' purses, conning a few poor schlubs into handing over their money. It was a peaceful existence sure, but a rough one. It was around this time that I met up with TM. It was rough at first, he was dating my sister after all. After many bar fights and professional fights we slowly but surely became friends.  But I am not here to bother you all with my life story. I have learned a lot on this journey and I would just like to say that I am humbled at this opportunity that has been granted to me. Thank you so much Godfather Thomas and good friend TM.

As many of you may know, I am always there whenever anyone needs assistance. If any of you ever have a problem, feel free to contact me. Even if you just want someone to talk to, I will be there. My ultimate goal, is to help make New York the best it can be. I will do this through hard work and dedication.  Often there are times when hard work and dedication are over looked. This will not be the case in my tenure as Captain. All work, however minor, will be rewarded and everyone will be given fair opportunity.

Now I would like to thank my Godfather, ThomasRourke, and my long time friend and Crew Leader, TM. Thank you for this opportunity, and I will not let you down.
