An Open Letter To The Carnival Started by: Sledgie on Jul 23, '09 18:22

Sledgie struggles with writing, something that his superiors have discover whenever the latest hand written report comes in. Fortunately Sledgie's accountant has taken the time to scribe his letter for him, given that it's an open letter, and why shouldn't he? After all, it's easy to embezzle from a man who struggles with counting past one hundred.

Dear Carnival.
I say thank you for coming to my city. You have made the city very pretty with your colour. And much more fun with your competitions. And i like them both.
Sledgie.

It was a short letter, but Sledgie felt proud as he pinned up.
