King walks up to his normal street corner and grabs the crate reserved for him by the local grocer. He hops up on it and waits for a crowd to gather. As everyone starts to settle in he begins to speak.

Ladies and Gentleman, I come before you today to announce a new award, one that I believe will liven up these streets as well welcome new blood to this wonderful thing of ours.

The King's Street Cred Award, will be awarded twice a month to the best and most entertaining soul among us. However, this award is limited to those of us not yet in a Family. (OOC: Wise Guys and down.)  I will be looking for how you present yourself, how many people you draw to your speech, event or story. (OOC: Writing Style, Grammar and Replies, however just having a million crappy replies will not make you win, in fact I'll probably drop you from consideration.)

I will be the sold judge and jury on this award and as such my word will be final. However, not only will you be given this momentous award, but I will also give you 100k out of my own pocket.

Every two weeks I will announce the winner and present the award live in the streets for your viewing pleasure.  So lets bring these streets back to the glory they once had.

King hops off the crate and moves it back to its normal spot. He then walks away staring into a brighter tomorrow.

Excellent I thank you both, This puts the reward up to 300k for the winner. I will be checking the streets at all times starting today, so anyone out there looking to get a boost and earn some cred get to work.

An excellent idea with a nice tidy incentive at the end. I will also be very happy to add another 100k to the prize money. This will hopefully get the creative brain cells into gear.

Excellent idea King, unfortunately the casinos saw fit to extract all of my money from my wallet, or I would happily add more money to the ever-growing pool. Hopefully your new and exciting promotional idea will bring forth lots of new and unheard of public speakers.

King it is nice to see so many getting involved in your award contest, i take my hat off to you my friend, i wish i to could add to the pot but im unable to at this time, but maybe i will be able to in the near future.

What if our stories are submitted when we are a wise guy but we get Made before you hand out the award?
