The shadowy figure in the Bistro this night turns out to be the underboss of Tommy DeLoce. Charlie_hustle19 approaches this man and shows him no respect at all.

As he was walking down the street, Timothy started hearing sun shots from a distance. Without panicking, he kept walking. He hit the corner and saw a car speed by with a man hanging outside the window shooting a target behind them.
