I've made Capo, but still I can only shift 20 units of drugs, i've done a few drug runs but still no change ???

you have to tip the FBN agent, the way you increase your lbs is by having 2 things, 1 is the required amount of points to earn another LBS, and the other is having the reputation with the FBN agent.

Don't tip in all cities, it is a waste of time, only tip in 1 city and only until you get the message "you seem to know how this business works, ill, put in a good work for you" thats when you have the reputation to get another lbs when you do a drug run.
