At this time I'm going to lift the ban on those who may remain from the Reckless Hearts family. Thank you to all the hitters out there who were patient enough to holster their guns, and allow these people the chance to return to Detroit.

However, there were two people that were shot just earlier today. I am most upset at this, for after seeing their names in the obituaries, I almost had my own hitters take out the remaining members of R.H. I tried to keep things fair for hitters across the seven cities, so that everyone would have an opportunity to train their guns. Many people have asked me time and time again when I would lift the ban, and I was impressed by those who managed to wait in order to keep things friendly between the cities. Apparently, two people were selfish enough to get a jump start, and this has severely upset me.

So with that being said, I would also like the witness statements for Giovanna_Leigh and oreo_corleone. I will be paying one million dollars per witness statement, in hopes that I can find the people who took these shots. There's no telling what I will do to these people, but at the very least they will be publicly ridiculed beyond belief for being assholes. They will also be banned from shooting in Detroit until such time that I feel things have been made right.
