DK steps out of his office door onto the balcony of his Haunted Mansion in New Orleans

Once again Good evening everyone. As Godfather of New Orleans it is my place to bring this city back from the depths of loneliness and quiet to being a city with a good population. The only way I can achive this is by yet again authing one of my great men into my city as my very own Captain. I have always wanted to give this guy his own chance and now it is his turn to shine.

LilWayne_. He has been my long running LHM in the great city of Detroit and it is now time for him to run as one of my Captains. He has worked extremely hard in the past and so have all his ancestors that have worked for me and now it is time for him to work in full swing as the Second New Orleans Captain. Congratulations LilWayne_ It was an honour to have you as my LHM and now its an Honour to have you as one of my Captains.

DK walks back into his office and grabs the keys and chucks them off the balcony to LilWayne_ below.
