William steps up to the gathering crowd and gives a smile to all the onlookers, he takes a deep breath and motions with his hands for everyone to settle down so that he could begin.

"For a long time I have been growing up with my good friend MrFCUK in Philadelphia and working with him closely to ensure the best we can for our wonderful family, I then had to attend business in the old country for a few weeks, I am back now and working hard on getting places, I am thrilled that he is entrusting me with such privileges and Selecting me as one of his Captains here in Philadelphia and I would like to take a moment to thank my boss MrFCUK for giving me this chance to prove myself and also to all of those in Philly and those associated who have helped me to get where I am today."

He looks up to see a few more gathered in the street and it finally hits him how each of these people have come here specially to hear what he has to say, his throat tightens a little under the pressure he takes another breath and clears his throat before continuing.

"Without further delay I would like to introduce to you my family, Le Ombre Della Notte, a branch of 'Il Mafioso Della Notte'. I am thrilled to be leading a new branch in Philadelphia under MrFCUK and you have my word I will do my best to keep this fine city of our flourishing."

William smiles.
