The sending of 1 dollar anonymous money transfers with insultings notes is becoming way too commonplace because of some of the young cowards on the site.  The feature now has been modified to avoid this practice. If you bank and send someone funds anonymously, the minimum dollar amount is at least 100k to be transferred.  Also, if the note field is used to send insults, upon review by an admin if its found to cross the line for an anonymous message, your past user history may be shared with the recipient as well as further administrative actions. 
 

No, they were not screened, and it was a rare thing that a user would actually feel comfortable to bring it up to us since if any administrative action took place, the end results could possibly just make the situation worse for them.  Its honestly easier now to just not give a shit, and just wholesale ban/kill users who use this site as their personal bashing playground because they themselves get bashed in real life.  I've had my fill of kids who abuse others on here just so they dont feel so low down on the totem pole in real life.  This game is supposed to be for fun and entertainment, not a place to be harassed by kids who would never dare ever say these things in real life for fear of *actual* consequences, yet feel totally OK ripping people apart thousands of miles away with the false sense of protection from all that distance.
