Perhaps since you have an over active imagination and now clearly time to kill you can answer these questions for me too Ragnarok: - Why did Toberius set up in a city that wasn't his own after his crew leader fell? - Why did Toberius upon stepping down then join a city that wasn't his original home city? I feel like the answers might add some depth and scope to your investigations whilst keeping you busy as you look to answer the underlying question here - "why did Toberius step down after the war after saying he was going to step down after the war?"
