''Let's look at the facts, shall we? First off, Mr. Kleptomaniac was referring to a ''he'', not a ''she'', seeing as Alice was female. She is also dead, to put it bluntly, which would make her ineligible to be in a hand position. Secondly, when others from Chicago countered Mr. Kleptomaniac's points, they did so with mentioning of Mr. Pennywise's, something Klepto didn't debunk. Any more questions?'' |

Duplicity looked at ImSoSasauge and spoke. "Alice isn't a slanty in Chicago right now. I think you may be a little delusional if you think she is. Not to mention the comments talking about the person going from Lancelot's crew to Chicago. Alice was not there either. Like Sovereign said, Kelptomaniac also didn't debunk that because that was not who he was talking about!" "I am really not sure where you even got the idea that it was about Alice to begin with. Unless you are going wayyyyy back to when she jumped ship on the old Philly. Yet, even then she was in Detroit, never Chicago. I could keep going, but I think we got it figured out that this wasn't about her." |

Congratulations to all... ...on doing the same as every other set of same ol', same ol', uninspiring 'leaders' after a big war... go back to the same old shit. Wonder which city will empty next and be turned into a 'King of The Hill' type scenario? |

"What would you like to see done then, KevinOwens? Since we are so uninspiring. What would inspire you?" Duplicity said as she raised a curious eyebrow. |

I would like to have it on record that Madara and I intended to suggest opening nude mud fighting pits in each of the six cities, but had a last-minute logistical problem that made that impossible (looking at you, Detroit public indecency laws). Perhaps next time the leaders gather together we can do something meaningful; instead of trying to save the lives of unsponsored mobsters, expanding our criminal enterprises, and resolving potential inter-city issues. |

Anything different from what this world has seen. It's really my place to tell you how to do your job, but if you insist... Oh I dunno. How about one of you guys coming out here and throwing your district open to anyone at a price per week? How about all the current leaders, hug and hold hands in one city and say "go nuts guyz!". How about they only control the district they're in? How about you put a piece of bacon in Corktown and wait for iocaste to setup there and claim it as is? Shall I go on? okey dokey! One city stays empty (nobody allowed to go bold) and is a free for all for anyone who enters in terms of every other rule we have? How about coming out here and GENUINELY wiping the slate clean for every bloodline? You get my point... you are thinking very small. |

Tony Vegas brushes his hands together and sighs:
Well I'm glad everyone managed to get their frustrations and trigger fingers satisfied in another week long kill fest. Looks like we can enjoy some peaceful times to come...
The tone was noticeably sarcastic. |

"I've never been a fan of people buying auth or experiment cities where anyone can set up. Why? Because I am strongly rooted in people working their butt off for their auth. Not just Mary's dogs friend over here setting up because he can." "If that makes me boring then so be it. Plus, not many people want to go to a city where it's wars every week in it. It may be fun at first, but people wdon't want to build up that will just did soon anyway. " "While I am happy you voiced your opinion, it seems our views are different. Which is a good thing! The same views everywhere makes for a boring world." |

''Interesting proposals, Kevin, but I do think we should focus on the uninspiring, boring and monotonous things first. Some people complain about the lack of housing for the lower echelons of society and thus 'new' leaders must be authorized. I don't think, in this stage of the rebuilding process, that designating a city as a ''pay-to-lead'' area will help anyone.'' |

That's my point... I came up with those few 'ideas' in the space of a minute or 2. Granted, some are shite I'm pretty sure that not everyone's ideas would be garbage. There has to be something from someone, somewhere that has something different that could/would work. I'm not saying adopt any of my ideas, but SURELY one of you has... something. Or are we really 'scraping the bottom of the barrel' for forward-thinkers nowadays. |

Oblivion peeped out of his woods when he heard KevinOwen's proposals. He decided to throw his opinion into the fray. Throughout the annals of history, there have been many attempts at "pay-to-lead" or requiring a "bounty" from families in order for members of their family to enter the city/district, or "free for all" cities. The reason they aren't in place now isn't because we are not "forward thinking", it's because they don't work. Do you really want to live in a nation where you have to pay $1 million a week just to be able to have the chance to fly into Chicago? Does that really sound peaceful to you? That's what tyrants to. We're not trying to be tyrants. We're trying to bring peace. Claiming that creativity and forward thinking is dead is pretty......... closed minded of you. Sometimes the best option after a large war is simply, stay the course. |

I think the point here, Kev, is that "creativity" as you call it, is actually quite difficult. Our business has evolved over generations and there have been many different things tried; some with great success and others...not so much. I don't think anyone sets out with the intention of being just like everybody else, however, there are some fairly unavoidable similarities between organisations largely dictated and necessitated by the reality of the world and our own survival. With that said, here at Christopher Phillips Industries, our R&D team are hard at work for something a little bit different that we can bring to the table. Assuming Orsik can't get the naked mud wrestling venture off the ground anyway... |

There are always going to be similarities Credits, as you said they are unavoidable. However, a lot of mobsters in this world use that as an excuse far too often. It's become the norm to just accept things as they are...even when 90% of the population gets wiped out, folk still go back into that protective little bubble where if they don't say or do anything new/different then they're just left alone to 'exist' how they see fit. Hearing everything that's been said here and was said towards my own speech yesterday, I don't believe for one second that there are no creative people here... they just lack the will power/are afraid to break rank and file from the norm. Motivation has a lot to do with creativity and that is something I don't think anyone can deny we're lacking here. I would commend you on your intentions to try something different yourself, however until that becomes a reality, I shall hold the praise back as I've heard many people talk the talk before. |

While you may look for difference Mr Owens. I, being an Earner myself would rather look for security, as in the long run it proves to be more beneficial not just for myself but also for my crew leader. I believe that what was discussed amongst all Crew Leaders of our world have EVERYONE'S best interest at heart compared to just the minority. We are currently at a time where building up cities is more important. I am also a firm believer in earning what you have, their for if a person wishes to try and own a city or district, they must work for it. None of this buy your way in stuff that i have heard around the streets lately. |

None of this paying your way? Too mafia-like for you Diffi? You're right, how dare I suggest that people should pay to get paid. You don't think earning enough for yourself, your family and whomever you have to pay tribute to is work? |

| Well we do have fine pieces of gold called credits that can be exchanged for a nice sum of money, which could also be funded towards a person who would like to buy a city or district for themselves, which does not neccessarily mean that they worked hard into earning it. So that idea has flaws in it. | |
