Good Evening New Orleans and all you great mafiosos. I hope you all are have had a great day so far.

So lets get down to what I am really here for, I am a very busy man so I must get straight to the point. Today I am here to annouce my cities Pickpocketing Policy.

New Orleans will be a Pickpocket friendly city unless their quote states otherwise. However lack of advertisement of your personal policy will mean that you are an open Pickpocket target when roaming the streets of my city. This only goes for none New Orleaners.

If the person you are trying to Pickpocket is in New Orleans and they are a New Orleans resident then they are open to be Pickpocketed no matter what their personal policy is. Just remember that their policy might be diffrent when in another city so remember. New Orleaners are only Pickpocket friendly no matter what in New Orleans its self.

Some of you might be thinking... What about his Pickpocket policy when rewarding us ?? Well this still applies but it only applies to my family. My ten elite members, Myself and with the added addition of SkullCandy and LilWayne_ themselves so you can be rewarded for Pickpocketing LilWayne_ and SkullCandy aswell. However not SkullCandy's or LilWayne_'s members just the leaders.

So.. My ten members, me, Lilwayne_ and SkullCandy will get you a reward if you Pickpocket us in any city just make sure you send the Personal you recive to me in a nice mail. If you can put the subject as Pickpocket or something aswell I would be most happy. This way it allows me to know what mails are what.

Wandering down the streets, a gust of wind suddenly blows a loose sheet of paper against Marietta's shoe. Bending down and turning it over, she finds that it is a copy of a transcript of Godfather Death-Knight's pickpocketing speech. With a shake of her head she picks it up and walks over to a nearby telephone pole, hooking it on an old, rusty nail that stuck out of the wood.

"There, that'll serve as a reminder to people," Marietta said, giving her work an appraising look. "Hopefully that will clear up any confusion, so that I don't have to waste my time on any more pick pocketing altercations."

Turning on her heel, the Godmother continues her aimless walk to nowhere.
