As the new acting city head walked up on stage he is followed by an entourage of mobsters, members of the Vegas crime wave of course, once he gets front and center of the stage a line of bodyguards cover of the lower font end of the stage, it was a warm night even for Vegas with only a slight breeze. They lights flashed a little brighter it seemed on this night, and for just a moment in Vegas time people were focused on something other then the slot machines and poker games,  they were here to see what was in store for there great city.

Seph took a good look around him, taking it all in... the people, the scenery, he then took a deep breath and raised his arms and started to speak..

Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Las Vegas!!!

Seph then started to pace back on the fourth on the stage as he thought about his next words very carefully..

Vegas has always been a wonderful city, and of late is need of some rebuilding like many other big cities in our world. After all the recent events its no surprise that we are in a time of need and indeed in need of people to step up and take charge that have the best interest of rebuilding in mind. Before I said much of anything I wanted to make it very clear that this is our number one goal in Vegas at this time, it has indeed been a long week and I would like to thank everyone for being so patient with us but now the ball is in motion and we need everyone to keep that ball rolling.

Seph clears his throat and lights a cigar before he starts to speak again...

A big reason I am before you tonight is to introduce my family, The Pyromaniacs. Such a special group if individuals that mean the world to me, I would lay down my life for them any day of the week as I know they would do the same for me. A very special thanks to those that seen me through the war, without you this would not be possible.

For those people who dont know my ancestors should know they have had there fair share of experience around this thing of ours but have never had an opportunity like this, it is a new journey for my bloodline and I have no plans of backing down from the challenge.  I have big plans for the city of Las Vegas and they will start to show soon, this I can promise you.

Well, im sorry to cut this short, but duty calls and I still have a lot of work ahead of me. I would like all to know that my mailbox is always open to those who might be looking for a home or just for a chat, looking forward to working with all the cities in this time time of need to get our world back on track!

Seph raises his hand and gives everyone a wave before exiting the stage...

Cerebellum heard that something big was going down in Las Vegas, due to his curiosity, he decided to check it out. C.B. made it just in time to hear the short, but powerful speech by the man on stage. Once the smoke and mirrors had cleared, C.B. couldn't help but murmur...

     "Hmm.. I like this guy, maybe he really can get this city into shape."

Congratulazioni signore, we've not met personally however I wish you all the best in your new venture. 

KingAlucard follows his boss to the stage, looking out for anyone who would take it upon them self to shoot his great leader after he hears his bosses speech and looking around while others gave their own part, King decides to take this moment to think of what he is going to say, finally after everyone is done King speaks up

"Seph, i know you will make Las Vegas the proud city it is and always has been, we shall prevail in making this home to many hardworking men and women who will make this city grow and shine, under no circumstance will we stop...."

He stops as he sees a beautiful waitress handing out bottles of whisky leading back into the casino

"We will make it a great city once more"

He says hurridly as he walks to the beautiful woman getting a bottle of whisky and talking to some ladies, he thought after all you need a great after party.

Seph you have always worked hard and Vegas has been a city close to my heart while i would rather you still be with us in Chicago its is great to see that Vegas will still grow as a city.

I wish you nothing but the best my good friend and know that our doors are always open to you here in South Side Chicago.

Congratulations man, I know you have wanted this for a while, Glad to be working with you here in our fine city.�

Raises a glass of wine SALUTE! my friend.

then he walked back into  the shadows and hoped nobody else had seen him. 

''Seph. It is a great sight to see you at the head of your very own city! Seeing recent events, Vegas requires a strong, reliable and capable leader. Thus it is no surprise that you are that leader. You'll bring Vegas back to greatness, oh yes.''

Congratulations on this new project Seph, I know you will make Las Vegas a wonderful city, good luck to you mate.

Congratulations old friend, our blood lines are tied for so far back and i wish you the best in Las Vegas..  

Cin had smiled as she listened to Seph. Her brain had finally been restored to normal after the long war.

Congratulations on making Las Vegas hotter. I am thrilled to be working under your leadership. This family has so many amazing people and I can't wait to see it grow and prosper.

Pouring a Styrofoam cup full of some whiskey she hands it to him and passes it around to everyone else.

Castle having followed his boss to the stage, listened intently to what he had to say about the rise of Vegas and his pyromaniacs. Nodding along with what the boss had to say. Castle thought about the bloodshed recently and how both his father and grandfather had passed in the recent war, and hoped that he would have a chance to prove his worth to the boss. Castle had seen that the boss was in a rush has he finished his speech but he wanted to see if he needed any assistance

"Hey Seph, You have my support with what you wanna do with your city"

Titus stood behind all his comrades waiting for everyone to finish speaking politely, since he was the new guy he waited his turn. After a brief moment of silence he spoke up.

"I cannot wait to work with you boss, I know our lines have crossed paths way back and cannot wait to do it once again. We all know you will turn Vegas into a great city just have to wait for you to do it."

Its good to be back with you my old friend. Serving with you is always an honor and a priviledge. I look forward to working with you once more and doing my part to help our city grow and prosper in the near future.

Congratulations my friend, this is well deserved and even more a smart move. Long live Seph :P

Chase turns the volume knob up on the dial radio.. an announcement was being made about a new dawn in Las Vegas. Certainly Sin City was in desperate need of revival and building. Critics say Seph is just the man to do it. No doubt it will be done not only by him.. but the rest of the city mobsters alike. 

Getting lost in thought.. Chase picks up the phone, dials the operator, and asks to be connected to Seph. 

"Seph! It's Chase.. out of the South Side Chicago. I heard you'll be leading the re-building process of Sin City. Best of luck to you my friend! I'm sure you're the man to lead this great undertaking. Give my best to the family.."

..after a few more exchanges of words.. Chase set's the phone back on the cradle and goes about his business.

RickGrimes tilts his hat towards Seph and makes his way through the crowd. 

Bespoke continues to listen as he takes the opportunity to palm an old lady's purse from her hand bag while she slowly shuffles past the lamp post he is leaning against. Taking out around $100 he then discards the purse, tossing it under a nearby parked automobile. Taking out a silver cigarette case he is soon drawing heavily contemplating again on all that is being said.
