So, for those of us in the UK who are interested in football, quite often at the beginning of the season you'll be roped into a fantasy football league.

This year I'm going to be running a Fantasy Football League for all of us on MR, it's still fairly early in the day we have almost a month until kick off so I figured I'd make this announcement now as I want this to be a serious competition that aims to keep everyone interested throughout the season.

Now, I'd like the buy-in price to the league to be fairly high, the main reason for this is so that everyone remains interested throughout the season and the competition keeps going right until the end between the players. I was thinking that the buy in could be around 20-30 credits, which would be a substantial amount of credits floating around if we could get enough people interested.

Having spoken to Squishy he has agreed that he would hold onto the credits, just in case I got a bit salty for being in last place by winter (not that it will happen) and so if people are interested I'd be happy to set this up and get the ball rolling.

In terms of what you can win, it depends on the amount of people who enter, but I'd prefer to have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize, if there aren't enough participants than just a 1st place prize would be given out. 

The site I will be using for this will be dreamteamfc.com, it's pretty solid and it's one I've used for many years although it's still being updated for the forthcoming season so don't be afraid if any new signings aren't on there, they will be!

Of course, I'm aware that not everyone will have the same name by the time the season ends but fortunately Squishy has the power to detect what your master account email is, which will reflect the one you have at the time you start and finish the season.
