Sitting on a bench, watching people go by some with shoulders hunched and a frown on their faces, others sliding off down alley ways not always emerging in one piece, I fold my arms and lean a little further back on the bench when someone sits down next to me with a heavy sigh

Problems huh? We all have them, you can not help it when you're born into this world of ours.... just take a good look around.... What do you see?....This place we call home, our home, our own world, for everything it holds, its different, no one person sees it the same and that is truly the beauty of it. This is the way I see it now, right now this very moment because the magic of it is that it keeps changing, dancing to the ever changing rhythm of time. As I sit here and think about it, it all seems so clear, it may not be any easier right now but its clear all the same...I will always carry my problems around to, in a way, they will never go away, like a heavy shadow ...but sometimes in a moment of clarity they seem tiny. You see as the very same sun sets down and kisses this day goodbye.

I raise my fingers to my mouth and blow a little kiss

Its hard to imagine buts it true that in the land where our forefathers its rising, bringing a new day, and with it all the things that this life, this world, this place we all call home can throw at us. Bringing all the same problems that were around long before I was born and will be around long after I am gone, an ever moving world that never stops...never gives up...has no life expectancy...over time it will change beyond all my reckoning, life will as we know it be gone, and I can only wonder what will become of this place I call home, that's, forever moving, forever changing...

But I do know that feeling there is no hope, somewhere there will be hope...this is the way it is and although sometimes the going gets tough.

Shrugging my shoulders

I know that I will not give up, and you my friend must never give up, no matter how hard it seems now.

Patting the shoulder of the person next to me.

Don't you agree my friend?

That was pretty deep. I've never been one to give up, because just like you, I've seen the constant evolution of our society.

I do recall many times seeing despondent individuals, who feel like they are trapped in a perpetual cyclone, and I try to reassure them that with persistance and hard work, they will have a good life. Some are eternal pessimists and can't be convinced. These are the people who will never succeed in life, because they give up too easily.

Wow, that was almost like poetry. Good speaking skills you have there.

Gives him a thumbs up.

I've heard many stories about the streets from my former bloodlines. To be honest from what I have heard, things have been worse around here in the past.

As I see it, we have a lot to build on right now. More mafiosi seem to be coming out here on a regular basis and giving their two cents about whatever is being discussed. It seems to me that, as a society, we are finally starting to pick things back up from where they were left off from long ago... at least from what I have heard. I mean I, myself, wouldn't really know because I haven't been around for a very long time. Kind of passing along things that was told to me by my ancestors, but even around here, people should at least be able to trust their own bloodline.
