As the upper structure of the Pyromaniacs find their way out for a late supper at a local Casino they head over to there normal spot, a full round booth in the back corner. There was a large stage straight across in the other corner of the room. A couple of old men dressed in some fresh tuxes played some light jazz. As everyone scooted into the booth they got started with talking about some future business opportunity in the city of Sin. Seph took a look around the table at some of his loyal followers…
 
Alright everyone, I have called you all here to discuss something very important that will in fact help mold Las Vegas into the great city it has the potential to be. As you all know even before the move our head quarters was pretty much slitting at the seams, today we are at full capacity with everyone doing what they can to pull there weight. Im quite impressed with how everything is just falling perfectly into place, again this is something that would not be possible without the dedication of this table and the cooperation of our loyal family members. With that being said I figured they should be here to celebrate with us, along with some close friends from our neighboring cities.
 
But before we get them in here there is an important announcement I need to make…
 
It was then that the waitress made her way around to the table with some of the finest bottles of Champaign and a bottle of Canadian Whiskey for Seph, taking a short glass with ice in it Seph slowly poured some of the whiskey into the cup…
 
I mentioned before that there is someone I had in mind when it came time for Las Vegas to expand, without hesitation I would like to name the next leader our great city will see is our fearless family member Cin!
 
Raising his glass and shooting back the whiskey he looks at Cin and sees the excitement in her eyes as she quickly shuffles out of the booth and gives him a hug, as they stood in front of the table before them Seph then gave the signal to the bodyguards to let the rest of the guests into the lounge. As they piled in and got seated Seph walked Cin up to the stage where the Jazz players had stopped and cleared a spot for the two to speak…
 
Ladies and Gentlemen, I know you are all here tonight because you are curious to see who will be stepping up in Paradise now that we are looking at expanding.
 
As Cin steps forward with a smile from ear to ear the gathered mobsters then give her a round of applause…
 
My good friend Cin, quite the feat we had to go through to get to where we are today. A lot of blood sweat and tears for sure. Through this rough time you never left my side, we promised that giving up would not be an option and look at where we are today, without you I don’t think this would be possible. I don’t think I would be standing here today if it was not for your dedication during these rough times. I don’t think there was anything you wouldn’t give to see me through the blood shed, including your own life.
 
It was clear to me that this rare amount of loyalty might only pass a guy a handful of times in a lifetime if they are lucky. I had a strong idea that when we moved to Vegas that you would continue to do great things, and I think this is right up your alley.
 
Congratulations my old friend, looking forward to making this journey everything it can be.
 
Seph then takes a step back so that Cin can speak to the crowd…

Cin had been standing next to Seph on the stage as the applause died down. Her stomach was tied in knots with such a large group that had gathered around. As Seph spoke she was drawn back to the many days of war and their fight to remain standing with the rest. Clasping her hands in front of her she realized people were looking at her expectantly and that it was her turn to speak. Clearing her throat as she stepped forward.

Seph, I am honored by this opportunity and your faith in my ability. I've been by your side through the rough and I intend to keep remaining by your side, friend. Most of all I look forward to helping Las Vegas grow. I don't know if thank you is a strong enough sentiment but thank you for the opportunity.

Taking her glass from a waiter she held it up a little bit.

Without further ado I would like to introduce my family, The House of Logi. May fire continue to run through the veins of Las Vegas.
She lifted her glass up, preparing for a sip.

Here's to Las Vegas adding more fire.

In a quick movement she had drained her drink and handed it back to the waiter. Soon she was off the stage to give Seph another hug before mingling with those that had taken the time to join them.

Signora, congratulazioni, I've had very little contact with the residents of Vegas, and it's not a city I frequent often. That isn't to say I'm not looking forward to watching it grow, and with it yourself and your new famiglia.

Well this isn't a shock to me with your hard work and loyalty you have shown to Seph I always believed you would get this opportunity to shine.

Congratulations and I know you will do an amazing job over in Las Vegas

Strolls into the Casino and notices a gathering of people. Recognizing the man speaking Influence listens closely. 

This looks like a great opportunity for free drinks.

Smiles. Watches as Seph steps back slightly and Cin takes center stage.

Oh, wow, not only free drinks but a reason to toast. Cin, I have heard stories from my grandfather and seems that you and him used to get along quite well. He always had nothing but good things to say about you. With that being said I am happy to have been able to see this occasion. Congratulations to you and the city of Las Vegas, I am sure that you will make your city proud.

Senza listens to both speeches from Seph and Cin. After Cin is finished she steps up.

"Congratulations Cin! Good luck running Las Vegas alongside Seph!"

KingAlucard walks up to Cin after the ceremony

"Its a great day for LV now having two great leaders, cant wait to see what will come next"

King walks away to his new family hq ready to get to work

Wandering out on the streets beaming with pleasure he looks over.

"It has been a great pleasure to see you get this reward for everything you have done for Seph"

he pauses as he looks behind briefly

"i wish you the best of luck rebuilding Las Vegas, Congratulations my friend"

Wandering back to his car, he smiles and nods

"Congratulations Cin, I wish you all the best running Las Vegas alongside Seph. I look forward to seeing you both rebuild the city."

'Amazing! Well deserved! I wish you the best of luck!' Admiral yells from a distance as Cin walks back to her car.

'I should have asked her autograph'. . . The Admiral mumbled as he strolled down the street to his low-life apartment.

Clyde walks the streets to join in on a celebration in Las Vegas. 

"Glad to see and hear this go down! Congrats Cin, very excited to see your bloodline shine. I wish the very best of luck to you and your new esteemed role. "

"Please accept this box of expensive Cuban cigars and this bottle of high priced champagne for this such occasion."
