As things had begun to settle down after the series of wars that had shaken the six cities, CerseiLannister had been left to pick up the pieces and bury the bodies of so many of those she'd respected, admired and worked alongside. She'd also been working at restoring some of the damage that her brother JaimeLannister's HQ had taken over in Old City District during the course of the war that had eventually claimed his life. She's replaced smashed windows, patched up a hole in the roof and scrubbed blood stains from the stores, before repainting the whole building and refurnishing it. It was a lot of hard work, but the building itself was truly magnificent and Cersei couldn't bear to see it fall to ruin.

With the work complete, Cersei had sat down with Credits to discuss what would be done in terms of the governance of the city of Philadelphia going forwards. After several hours of planning and discussion, the two came to an agreement and set out to share the results of their discussions with the world. Stepping out of the HQ building, where they had chosen to meet to avoid interruptions, Cersei began to address the passing crowds.

"Ladies and gentlemen. Following on from my announcement not so very long ago that Credits would be stepping up alongside myself in Bella Vista, I now come to the streets with further announcements on the future of this beautiful city. 

My first announcement, is to give you the news that, following discussions with the other leaders of our six cities, and with Credits here, I will be moving myself and my family across to Old City District shortly. We will inhabit the HQ behind me, the one vacated following the death of JaimeLannister. The Lannisters will rise again in Old City District.

My second announcement follows on from this and concerns the man beside me. Credits will be taking over as the the head of Bella Vista. He's done a fine job alongside me in Bella Vista and I'm confident that he'll do fantastic things with the district and continue to grow it. Good luck, Credits -- we're only a short taxi ride across the city if ever you need us. 

My third announcement is on my own district, Old City District. Following a series of bribes and brown envelopes stuffed under my office door, I have come to the realization that SeppBlatter deserves an auth like Qatar will one day deserve a World Cup. I am therefore delighted to announce that SeppBlatter will be stepping up as my Underboss in Old City District.
