Wandering around the streets of Old City District, it was difficult for Sepp to comprehend what had happened here but a week and a half previous. A city well on the road to rebuilding following one of the most brutal wars this world has known, faced with doing it all over again after a fresh round of bloodshed that had seen Sepp's close relative Fidel, his leader Don JaimeLannister, and many others in the ground.

He happened across @MarySibley sitting at a table outside a coffee shop, who greeted him with a smile.

"Sepp, Cersei is looking for you urgently. She's got something important she needs to discuss with you, but I'm not at liberty to tell you what it is. Head to the HQ and she'll be there, my driver will take you there now."

Mary nodded at the man sat across the table from her, who got up and told Sepp to follow him. They got in the car, the doors locking behind them, and the car sped towards @CerseiLannister's HQ. As they drove through the streets of Philadelphia a sense of trepidation filled Sepp's mind. Had he done something he shouldn't have? Was this to be his final act? When the car pulled up at the bottom of the steps towards the HQ, this sense of nervousness only magnified.

As he opened the door he spotted numerous boxes littering the floor; The building was still in the process of being refurbished after the move from Bella Vista to Old City District. 

"SEPP!"

He was greeted warmly by Cersei, who gestured him to follow her to her office. They climbed the steps to the office, and as Cersei opened the door he caught sight of @UncleFester sat in one of the chairs facing Cersei's desk. Sepp sat down next to him. Cersei poured each of them a glass of wine.

"Now", Cersei began, "I know this is all very short notice, and apologies for dragging you off the streets; I know you're busy at the moment. But there's a very exciting opportunity that's come up that I wanted to discuss with you. We're all reeling from the deaths of Jaime, of Camel, of everyone we lost."

Overcome with emotion, Cersei wiped away a tear and continued. "As you know, I have been given the task of rebuilding this fine city in light of what's happened here. Of course, we must mourn those who are no longer with us; I'll miss them all more than anyone will ever know. However, we can't look back. We need to finish the job the late Jaime started."

"We added a temporary extension to my HQ to take in some of the homeless, but we've had disputes over planning permission so I'm going to have to take it down. Which leads me onto what I wanted to talk to you about. I have been extremely impressed in the way in which the two of you have conducted yourselves in your time here, and you have demonstrated to me that you have what it takes to help me rebuild this place. Therefore, I'd like to offer you the opportunity of stepping up to lead under me here in Old City District."

Delighted, Sepp replied. "Cersei, I am truly speechless. I of course would love to take this opportunity; there's a long road ahead of us, but together with Credits I know we can bring this city back to its rightful place within our world. My own operation will be known as The Executive Committee, and we will of course go about our business using completely above board, law abiding and transparent measures." As he said this he sniggered.

As she handed Sepp the keys to a place she'd just acquired a couple of streets away, Cersei sent him on his way. "Good luck Sepp. You will make a fantastic leader, but always know I'm here if you need me."

Sepp hugged Cersei and walked down the steps out of her HQ with UncleFester, ready to get started. This was to be a great challenge, but it was one he relished. Old City District and the city of Philadelphia were once again open for business.

Gato applauds and tips his hat in respect to the man, a friend within the family was leaving to be a boss of his own. There was no greater cause for ceremony than this. 

"Signore Blatter, I very much look forward to the rejuvenation of the Old City District under the watchful eye of both yourself and signora Lannister"

Raising his hat into the air, Sammy grins widely.

"Salut!"

''From the limited talks we had, I've deduced that you are a fine gentleman, a bit corrupt perhaps, but we all have our faults. Your capabilities aren't faulty at all, and thus I am happy to see that you've received authorization to lead your own crime family. Now.. How about we talk about the location of the next World cup...?''

"Congratulations SeppBlatter! Good luck rebuilding philly alongside Cerseilannister!"

Senza continues her way to get herself a glass of red wine.
