It had been a little over a week or so since  Joseph "Uncle Joe" Ligambi had taken a bullet in a massive turf war. He had recovered well enough from his injurys to resume his daily actives as the head of LA and the Ligambi Crime Family. While Uncle Joe was recovering he had looked to some of his closet allies in the family to hold town the city and keep the cash coming in.

"Tony_Salerno and I were given the great honor of watching over our beloved city. With Uncle Joe on the up and up, Tony Salerno will be stepping down, back to his regular activities in the family and I will be moving to Inglewood to work with my one of my closest friends in the family, Kavinsky. Together he and I will look to put a strangle hold on vice for Uncle Joe. We will be running loan sharking, book making and the numbers in an effort to provide fruitful services to those who reside there and visit."

With the news from Los Angeles soon to be fluttering through the criminal underworld it wouldn't be long before wiseguys all over would take notice of their respectable standing in this things of our's. LA was a city with one family. They are all for one and one for all!

Carlo hears the news and is extactic for his long time friend Joe, he waits for Nightcall to finish speaking. Then he pops the cork on a bottle of champagne!

"Congrats Joe I know you will do this great city good, I cannot wait to follow you my good friend." 

Victoria hurries to the Western Union to send Joseph "Uncle Joe" Ligambi a telegram which read:

My dear friend Uncle Joe. I want to congratulate you on being back where you are supposed to be.  Even though I left Inglewood to follow my roots here in Chicago I cherish the journey we took together.  A man is only as good as his reputation and you are a man well respected.  I wish you the best.    Victoria Stone

Night slightly grins, raising the glass to his lips taking a sip finishing the wine he previously poured. He shook Joe's hand congratulating upon the successful set wishing him the best of luck and that he looked forward to working to his close friend and mentor.

Cerebellum takes a moment to let it all sink in. He had been so close to Joe Ligambi, that the past week had been a blur. Knowing that his beloved CL was going to make it, and take back his family, was all that mattered at the moment.

      "Gratzi, Uncle Joe! Glad to see the ol' bull has a whole lot of steam left in him!"

Charlie hears the news and is instantly filled with joy the boys are getting back together and things will be back to what they were before war plagued our streets 

He raises his glass in cheer for his boss Joseph-Ligambi before he takes a drink

"Congratulations Joseph-Ligambi! Back in the saddle again. I have seen you up there before so I know you will do great. Good luck rebuilding Los Angeles"

Congratz AGAIN, amazing how many times someone can survive a bullet.

Shakes his hand firmly as greatly as a pika can.

Starfire, not a major social person when it comes to big crowds, remained in the back of the building wearing her long, black evening gown that had a sort of tare up the side. But that was how it was made, the tare coming up to her knee. As she took a sip of champange from a wine glass, she smiled and nodded once in Joes direction. It was the nod of approval and well.. pretty much excitement. She was in his family and knew he would lead her, as well as the rest of them in the family, far. As others rushed to give their congratulations, she put her glass down and looked at her phone. "Time to get back to work." She muttered before shooting the boss a text.

After sending her text, Starfire exited the area and headed toward the place she had been staying in to both change and get ready to do some more work, her phone no longer on silent in case Joe might need an errand ran or something done.
