With Ligambi's passing, does this void his protection orders? Sal Luciana has fallen, whilst tagged and sleeping. I didn't realise these orders were only enforced by the person announcing them, I was under the impression it is in our best interests to police them for the sake of the population of our way of life?

I'm assuming you're referring to Salvatore_Lucania. 

He was with Joe before his passing, not The Town. He also was one of the few not safelisted that was felt needed to be removed as well, alongside with Joe, so that would be an authorized shot by the masses. 

The protection order still stands as far as I know, until told otherwise. 

This makes some sense, though if this gentleman was a target for the original takedown, should the protection order on Ligambi's unsponsored have been held off until all target were eliminated? 

I'm sure you can understand signore, how it appears to the masses in that the protection order seems to have been violated. I've seen a few cases in recent days, where I know they would be hard to police, it doesn't appear to have been attempted. I don't expect to get wind of every single order made by the upper structures of our world, so could put it down to 'not needing to know', which again, I understand.

I don't see a problem with you knowing, to be fair. I wouldn't have came out here if I did. In my opinion, the only stupid question is one that isn't asked. It's nice to know that you've inquired into the protection order to help clear some things up. 

To my knowledge, the other crewleaders of this world were informed that Salvatore wasn't part of the protection order listed, due to particular reasons, but mostly being just the solid connection with him and Joe and a threat that could've killed someone that we didn't want to die, frankly. I've always been one to think that the leaders, or those that provide the protection order, run how it's done and should be the only ones to break it for their own good reasons. It's better to have one up early to calm/stop the trigger happy gunners, than have it up late and maybe making the mistake of losing someone here or there. I'm also one to assume that if a request isn't being searched for, I consider it an authorized shot. That could just be me though. 

But it probably falls into the "the masses were informed, but it's hard for the message to reason everyone else" type of deal. That's why auths are done through the streets, because then their is no excuse to whether someone knew about it or not. Also as you said, it's hard to police. I'm sure it's being done the best that they can manage, because people are always never going to look in the streets before shooting when they wake up from their beauty sleep, but more to the point of keeping it as limited as possible and doing our best to answer questions such that you have asked here.
