Madara places his serious mask on over his cookie looking face, steps out of the back of the car that had been carrying him around his city and began to throw out cookies to some of the local street urchins.

Madara saw some of the neighbourhood hoodlums rifling through pockets of the ever increasing crowd. Momentarily he forgot why he'd called the street conference and envisioned wibbly wobbly flash lines, taking him back to the days he too was sneaking around with his fingers in others pockets... like moments before whilst the people were staring up at the sky as it rained cookies, in fact.

Madara snapped out of his day dream, patted his pocket to check the wad of cash he just lifted was actually there and not a daydream. He then smiled to himself and motioned for people to pause the scramble for cookies for a minute so he could say what he had come out to say.

"Ladies, gents... Please, lend me a moment of your time." Madara noticed Orsik standing near the front of the crowd with a jealous look on his hair-covered face that said "Where was my damned announcement with trumpets saluting me? Hmm?" "I've gathered you here today to announce the arrival of a new boss to the city of New York." Madara pats SwAgSaUcE on his back.

"Swaggy is a dedicated and hardworking mobster, a pillar of the community in this thing of ours and fine mentor. Greatly deserving of the opportunity presented. I have no doubt he shall continue to earn his place among the bosses here, and will do great things with Orsik and I for our city, as well as for our way of life as a whole."

"So, please join me in welcoming the "SACs" to NY... and please refrain from asking for too many details about why they call themselves "Smooth Ass" Criminals. We can do without the visuals, I'm sure."

Madara hands SwAgSaUcE the deed to a penthouse property as well as keys to a variety of hide out spots across New York for his soldiers.

Sheldon saw big crowd in streets of NY and he saw some familar faces

As Clyde walks the streets of New York, he join's Madara and rest of the New Yorker's on this celebration.

"Congrats SwAgSaUcE! I am so delighted to see you take on this role in the Big Apple. I know you will do more then great! Enjoy your new bold suit brother. We are blood, I shall die protecting you and this family and the great city of New York."

"Please take this bottle of Champagne and this expensive box of the finest cigars money can buy as a welcoming present." 

"Salute to the betterment of New York and The Smooth Ass Criminals, let the road we take be prosperous!"

As Clyde Toast to Madara's and  SwAgSaUce's newest success. 

As Madara is ceremoniously handing over deeds and keys, Armada sneaks up and relieves him of his bulging wallet.

"Congratulations, Swaggy!" Armada says as he moves round to take Swagsauce's hand.

"I wish you all the best in your new headquaters."

Opening Madara's wallet, Armada takes out a stack of bills and hands them over to Swagsauce.

"Take this, a gift to help you get what you need as you start out."

Armada steps back and places Madara's wallet back into the pocket he took it from.

Xanax stumble's over to the corner that had a gathering. He knew this was a big day for someone in New York, and he already began celebrating by drinking a whole bottle of champagne. Trying to gather his words, he began to slur his speech.

I'm so happy that this day has come brother. It's defiantly a day to remember, and I'm glad I am here to witness it. I always have your back man, and I wish you the best of luck in this run. It's time to have to some fun, and do what the SACs do and..

Xan took a brief pause and looked around. He pulled out a finely rolled joint and another bottle of champagne. He handed the bottle to SwAgSaUcE and lite the joint. He took a few hits from it and passed it around.

Maxwell casual walking down the street noticed a gathering crowd and many familiar faces, He immediately hears a new addition to New york city is on its way, Maxwell walks over to greet him on his new promotion..

Congratzz SwAgSaUce! Always good to see New York growing again.. I'm sure you will be a rewarding addition to this fine city. You look fine in that bold suite bruh. Again,  Congratulations!!

Maxwell wonders off and makes his way back to the doc's office...

BOOM! the crowd hears a loud thud, BOOM! another loud thud, everyone's attention draws towards a group of men walking down the street. BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! as the group of men get closer everyone notices they are carrying huge SAC's and with every step they take they have to put it down due to the sheer load they are carrying. The group of men get closer as the BOOM! gets louder, finally the group of men stop as the crowd takes their hands off of their ears. A man with a gun in his pants emerges from the group of men however you notice he carry's his SAC a bit different then the other men in the crowd. The man known as Swaggy walks up to Madara accepting the keys to his new HQ

Thank you Madara, you are awesome to work for and look forward in build a great city with you. We will be sure to keep working our SAC's off for you. 

Swaggy turns to the crowd and smiles

The SAC's are now open for business. Im the F'nSACMaster and we are here to have a ball. 

Swaggy throws his gun in the air, catches in his pants picks up his SAC and hauls it into his brand spanking new HQ

Walks through street saw this leader having a speech. Hmm " This could be a new step on NY " Listen to the madara speech 

" Finally a new bold in NY, Time to rebuild " KIW! As madara ended his speech. He rushes to the new fort of Swag, Knocks the door.

Hmm. " Wadddaaaapppp! I think this is a celeberation! A long waited journey has finally arrived to Swaggy! CONGRATS BRUH!

Sonny_Mac could hardly contain his excitement.  He had previous dealings with SAC and was thrilled to be back with them.

Passing a discussion, Jakey recognizes a name being said. He decided to check it ou, and was correct. It was about the formation of a new family, with his friend at the helm.

Influence shows up fashionable late to the party as usual, muttering to himself about how the boss is always making him work such long hours.

Yah, SwAgSaUcE has released the SAC on NY! Congratulations to you sir on your new promotion. I have no doubt you will continue to work just as hard, probably harder, on the growth of our fine city. You were a great addition to the family and make us proud to have your SAC working next to The Akatsuzi and Fireforge.
