*Birdman walks out of the New Orleans Cash Money Soldiers Headquarter smoking a big fat Cuban cigar and smiling ear to ear.He stands at the top of the steps as his bodyguards begin to bring out cases of champagne.As the passer by's begin to notice what looks to be the start of a party they gather around. Blowing out some smoke and than beginning to clear his throat Birdman sets his cigar down on one of the cases of champagne.*

Well this is a great day for New Orleans and most of all the Cash Money Soldiers.Our great leader LilWayne has achieved the rank of Don!

*Rips open a case of champagne grabbing a bottle shaking it up pops the top and begins to squirt it all over the crowd that has grown in front of the Cash Money Soldiers HQ*

I want you all to join in on this great celebration!One more thing I knew it wouldnt be long before I would come out to make this announcement, I had or should I say Saul the jeweler had just enough time to make this for LilWayne.

*Winks to Saul as he pulls out a Platinum necklace with a huge one hundred dollar bill charm covered in diamonds, its so shiny that looking at it too long could easily blind the human eyes.Birdman walks over to LilWayne and puts it around his neck.*

*Turns to the crowd and looks at the champagne and smiles.*

LilWayne turns to the crowd wearing the Platinum necklace, He takes a step forward while the sun reflects off it and shines into the crowd.

"Thank you Birdman for making this a great moment for me and I couldn't of done this without you here by my side. I am very greatful to this, but now lets celebrate and start drinking."

LilWayne grabs himself a bottle of champage and shakes it pointing it at Birdman.
