I'm going to keep this brief. An embarrassing thing happened today; Mikhail Kamarov of the Flying Monkeys decided that he was no longer suited for this life and instead of doing everyone a favor and killing himself, he decided to take out an innocent bystander in the form of Edward Rossi, Godfather Marietta's Left Hand Man. Kamarov is a gentleman who had previously gone by the moniker Bruno D, a persistent fuck up with a constant and inexplicable ax to grind against Detroit.

I believe in the leadership of Deimne, he is as quick with punishments as I am and doesn't make excuses regarding any mistakes that occur in his family, but sometimes no matter how hard you try as a leader, people will carry out their own missions without regard for those around them. We've seen it time and again with the likes of VivaLaTeQ, IllFated, etc. who decide that the future of their family can take a backseat to their attempts at personal fame and glory.

Normally, as city heads, we accept the terms of what the offended party asks as compensation, but I'm tired of that, and am taking a proactive stance on this. Until further notice, all members of Deimne's family are banned from shooting unsponsoreds (be they active or inactive) in the city of Detroit. I think it would be a slap in the face for that city to lose their Left Hand Man and have the family responsible in there working on their skillset moments later. This is effective at 23:59 tonight (August 5th).

I hate having to set sanctions on a figurehead such as Deimne who I admire greatly, but it is time that everyone learns there are consequences when one person decides to break from the pack. I really hope in the future, when anyone who sees shooting a high ranking city member as an opportunity that can't be passed up, they immediately think back to this and the repercussions it will have on their friends and family.

Stepping up onto the street corner as Godfather ThomasRourke finishes his speech, Deimne clears his throad as he approaches the crowd with a somber look on his face.

Most of you will know me as someone who will happily approach the streets and take on any debate or battle put before me. However, when you agree with something and there is no justification for actions, they are impossible to defend.

Today, a consigliere from my family carried out an act that is beyond words. Mikhail_Kamarov, without cause or reason, killed the left hand man, EdwardRossi GRHS, of Godmother Marietta of Detroit. My condolences and sympaty goes to Godmother Marietta, Detroit and all of Edwards friends, a man who I considered a personal friend. While apologies or words can't make up for actions such as this, losing a man such as Edward from this thing of ours hurts us all... so a public apology on behalf of my family is the very least I can do in this situation.

Each of us are responsible for our own actions. That goes without saying. Mikhail was killed instantly once I learned of what he had done. However, our actions go further than this. Every act we carry out reflects on our leader, our family and our city. I saw fit to allow this man to reach the rank of consigliere within my family, so have a personal price to pay for the events of today well beyond a humble and heart felt apology. Mikhail disgraced me, my entire family and my city of New York, especially our Godfather ThomasRourke. As a mark of respect for Edward and as part of a gesture of apology to all of Detroit, the Flying Monkeys will be banned from ANY shooting within Detroit. Again, I'll be the first to admit this doesn't go anywhere near to compensating Detroit for the tragic loss, but it gives us a first step on the road to making ammends for the act carried out today.

Having already had the pleasure of meeting Edward's son, I am pleased to know that his bloodline has once again been graced with a member who will go on to achieve great things. In private, we shall make further arrangements to compensate this gentleman for the tragic death of his father.

To Edward, his son, Godmother Marietta, all of Detroit, Godfather ThomasRourke and my own city of New York I make a final and humble apology on behalf of myself and my entire family. The Monkeys will do everything in their power to make ammends for the actions of an idiotic and selfish rogue and with time, regain the trust and respect which I have no doubt was damaged and lost today.

I always know that Thomas, will have the best interest of his city, and the families that work with his city at heart.

When i worked directly with Thomas, he was always striving to wrong rights.  We all feel for the lost that detorit has expereinced and the disrespect New York had to take at the hands of the BrunoD family line.

If the incident has taught us anything, the apple never falls far from the tree in some family lines.  Be wary of thoes you allow in your family such as BrunoD,Birday, and clipper.

I appauld Thomas for his quick handling of the situation, and im sure things will be back to normal opperating in no time.

In these changing times, we must always follow the old principles while adapting new control methods and punishments for power and those who have it. A great loss always has a impact on the community and when someone is taken before their time something must be done. It is nice to see this issue handled thru these channels compared to massive bloodshed. The children will come back stronger than before and we will all continue to prosper.
