Crowds begin to gather as the long limo with the words Cash Money Soldiers engraved into the side of it pulls up onto the curb. The crowd wait as the midnight black door opens, slowly LilWayne steps out of the limo his rings glisten in the sunlight, smoking a dark tight rapped Cuban cigar and a champagne glass filled to the brim with Irish whiskey. Steadily he takes a few steps forward whilst flicking the cigar away and sipping at his whiskey.

"After many long nights I have finally found the strength to arise from my slumber a sickness that has confined me to my HQ but enough I have an announcement to make as my first act as a captain of New Orleans is to declare Cash Money Soldiers Pickpocket friendly."

LilWayne pauses to sip at his drink once again then proceeds.

"This is relatively simple it doesn't matter what city any of my family are in they are available for pick pocket. If you are to successfully pickpocket one of my family in New Orleans I will pay the pick pocketer an modest sum of 25k doesn't matter what rank and should you pickpocket me you will receive 50k. This will only happen if myself or my family are in New Orleans when being Pick pocketed, and I will need the statement of the success straight away, as proof they are in New Orleans. Their permission is not required as you already have mine.

Due to my Godfather having a similar act in place, I would say it's fair that my family should have it as well. The start date for this will apply from 00:00 07th August. Any Pickpockets from there on will not be counted."

LilWayne finishes his drink and turns back over to his limo with his empty glass shutting the door after him. The limo speeds off in the direction of Cash Money Headquarters.

Titus scratches his head as he sees LilWayne drive off.

"ohh well" He thinks to him self while writing LilWayne off as a little eccentric.

*Birdman rolls up as his driver opens the for for him, he gets out the car and looks to LilWayne with a grin.*

This is a great idea! My pockets will be full and I will be waiting for the first one to get in my pockets.

*Looks from left to right than behind him.*

*Birdman signals his driver as the man opens the door, Bird jumps in and the car speeds off.*

*Birdman feels something in his pocket he looks and catches Steve-O running down the street with $5000 of his money.*

Okay looks like Steve-O is the winner of the 50k I offered everyone!

*Makes a call to his accountant and wires Steve-O the 50k..Gets the note from his accountant and shows it to the crowd*

Death-Knight listens in on his Captains speech

LilWayne_ such a great honour to have you in my city. You havent been around for long due to your sickness but you still find time to come here and annouce a new rule for your family. Such a great honour having you with me and this idea of the Pickpocketing. It was a huge success for my family back in Detroit and still is a success even with only many few members.

I will say this for the wondering minds. As you know LilWayne_ is also on my list of reward people to Pickpocket. So yes if you successfuly Pickpocket LilWayne_ and mail him with your success he will give you that promised 50k. Well mail me with the successful statement and I shall reward you with 25k as he is a Don. So... 75k from Pickpocketing LilWayne_ you could get if you succed.
