babo waited for the crowd to start to quieten before heading over to congratulate Visas. 

I'm sure you'll be the first to admit that our bloodlines have had their differences for reasons I'm not sure either of us is totally aware of. Anyway since my bloodline first joined Duplicity's actively knowing that you were to be her RHM you've been nothing but welcoming and friendly. 

This is a decision I can totally understand and support from Don Duplicity and I'm glad that you have been given the job my friend. 

babo pulled in Visas for a hug much to her surprise and then handed her a small present. 

He was just up the street when he heard the commotion. It was the sound of joy. Celebration over the opening of a new establishment from some other local families. It didn't take long for Matteo to put together what all was going on and decided to go and bump elbows with some of the more influential people of Chicago. Seeing as he just got off a flight, it also wouldn't hurt to get a drink here and see what everyone had been talking about.

The crowd's roar slowed to a mild humming chatter. Matteo took this opportunity to eyeball the heads of this event and try and grab a drink for himself.

"Quite the shindig goin' on here." He muttered to himself. "I wish I could throw parties like this."
