Good afternoon everyone, I am here today to tell you all about the New Orleans Business District. I have been working closely with my Business District Manager lorrie. She is an amazing young lady who is looking to make New Orleans's Business District a great environment for all you mobsters that visit New Orleans.

The Big Easy is a great city that is always looking to become greater. I along side with my family have changed a few rules in New Orleans to make it a better and a more fun environment for others. Now it is time to change the Business District. So here is what the details are.

If you wish to build a business in New Orleans you must first consult my Business Manager lorrie. She will fill you in on most of the details and ask you a few questions about what you would like to build and why. Then there is a basic fee to set-up your business of $15,000 then for your business to stay protected and open you must then pay $10,000 on a weekly basis. Consider that as the protection money for the New Orleans Crime Family to protect your business. You and lorrie will decide on a perfect date for the weekly payments, but the payments must be made on that day every week. Failure to do so will result in you being charged an extra $5,000 everyday you are late for your payment. The money also must be sent to lorrie not myself as she is in charge of the District. As for the businesses that are already built I shall be mailing you personally asking you to sort out your weekly date with lorrie.

Hello, I'm lorrie, I have been working closely with Godfather Death-Knight and we have been working on a new regime for New Orleans Business District. Most of you already know me but for those who don't, I am an outgoing person who likes to have fun, but i also know when to be serious, my friends describe me as loving, caring and responsible. I hope i will make Godfather Death-Knight as proud to have me as his business manager as i am to be a member of his family.

What my job enroles, Being a Business manager is a great title but looking after every building out there in New Orleans now that is some work don't you think? Before anyone can build a business in the business district they must come to me first i then have to go over the thread and what sort of building they wish to open in our fine city.
