You need to get into a family as soon as possible because it has many benefits but you are to help the family first before you get too many benefits. You have to show that you want to help the family by doing donations to your family leader. You can't expect to get promoted quickly, you have to earn it by doing jobs and different crimes. Don't disrespect people in your family and keep in touch with them. Do what they ask of you and help with whatevr you can.
