(i) Demotions:

If you are demoted by you Boss for whatever reason, is there a time limit to re-rank or can you be promoted back to your previous rank whenever your CL sees fit?

(ii) Shooting Range:

I've searched the help tutorials and can't find an answer to this - forgive me if I missed it. How often can you attend the shooting range - I thought it was every 5 hours but every time I want to train there seems to have to wait longer <-- is there something else which effects it?

To answer your second question: You can train once every eight hours, assuming you don't attack inbetween. 

And I think you can only train twice every day

Technically, you can train 3 times in a single day. The timing between ranges is 8 hours.

However, you must also wait for 4 hours after any wack/pp attempts (anything that uses the attack timer).

aaah thankyou. It must have been my persistent PP which was why I was never able to train. Not that I like shooting stuff, Love and Peace etc...

Depends on your starting answers and how many +1s you have outside of training
