He has worked many many hours for this and has had business troubles, illness, a lot of things to overcome on his way, but he had made it!

All I can say is it's about time, Don MrFCUK. I've sat idly bye and waited for this day to come, to see my boss get that rank. It gives me hope that one day, I too may reach that rank, and be beheld as one of the greats. Odds are that won't ever happen, but a wise guy can dream, can't he?
