Hi can anyone tell me how one gets to be the boss of their own family. Thanks in advance

Got enthusiasm, kid. But, to become a boss, you have to be at least made man with (last time I checked, which was a good while ago) at least 500 large in your pocket.

It would be advisable that you get the authorization of your boss/godparent (an umbrella term, if it is allowed) and seek to set up afterwards, because nobody takes kindly to rogues.

First you have to join a family and work your way up through the ranks of that family. Once you became a made man you are apart of that family and the crew leader/ Godfather or Godmother can promote from then on. Once your Godmother/GodFather or crew leader sees that you are fit enough and have enough determination to run your own family they will then promote you to be a crew leader and you will be able to buy your own HQ and then you will be able to run your own family; and be the boss of your own family.
