Can you purchase more than one type of drug?

You can only own one DFP which must be in your home city. Your DFP can only produce one drug. The type of drug your DFP produces is dependant on your rank at the time of purchase/upgrade. As you rank higher, you can upgrade your DFP which will upgrade the drug produced accordingly.

when your offline are you still able to sell?

Yes your drugs are always listed till purchase

I been thinking about one thing, why buy drugs from the drugs front when you can buy them much cheeper at the drugs in the profit ? :S

Because drugs are on a rotating system, and the prices WILL change at some point throughout the day.  If you're in, say, New Orleans and you have a DFP selling drugs for 3K, but the profit section shows 2K barbs- by all means go for the higher price.  If, however, later on in the day New Orleans barbs are selling for 5K and the DFP drugs are still at 3K, you can buy up those DFP drugs and sell them for a quick profit.

Everything evens out in the end- so it's always good to keep your eye on everything!

I was looking at the drug deals in ny and som guy selling coce for 9200  :S why buy it for 9200:S, I have never seen the cocain go so high

and i ve seen coke for 11k

Yes.

As mentioned, coke is often higher than 9200 (it's sitting at around 9400 in NY just a short time ago). It's a risk for the seller if coke will rise above that during the 24 hour period before the next production, but it's one some are willing to take and which can and does give rewards.
