At long last it's been decided that the casino's should be opened for general public purchase. Now this won't happen today. Friday, August 14th they will be opened at sometime during the day. The time itself will be determined whenever I wake up and get on to do it.

The base price of these casino's stands at 22 million dollars. This will fluctuate based on location, so my suggestion is to have at LEAST 25 million ready.

I tell you this now because as soon as they are opened, admin owned casino's will be closed. This means, if you don't got the dough, you don't got the casino.

Well, if they've already paid for them, I'm thinking they need to find a new realtor. The casino's can only be paid for one way, and that's through code. If they've been paid for any other way, they will not be given a casino. Plain and simple.

Tallien, there's no limit on casino's per city, it's only limited by price. The price itself should be limiting enough as it is.
