Word had come down that the Head of my crew was no longer gonna be able to perform her duties. Such as life in the MOB, the day to day structure can change dramatically for any number of reasons. Me? Well I am a mobster, while new to this city, still a mobster, and my aim is to be profitable.

     I expressed to my boss on joining her crew, that I would work hard, and dividends for the crew would be seen. She also told me I would have her support , and Her word was golden, as was mine. Now I must look for work elsewhere and a new spot to thrive, and learn in. Such is the life I have made for myself. Work hard, make money, and above all have integrity and garner respect.  My goal is upwardl.

I will say this, I am sorry.

I know everyone had been working extreamly hard, and I know sometimes a change is not wanted, but sometimes what is wanted, is not whats needed.

But I feel a change has been needed. I dont expect you to support my decision, but I will have you know there has been a lot of talk and this could have went down a lot of ways. We are still friends, we still want to see you guys strive and get the best support you can, no one has died over this.

This is not an easy thing to do and I understand if you dont if you dont want to stay, I wont make you.

But this is not what everyone thinks it is, we do care.

But at the end of the day this is business, if you decide to remain here I promise as I promised Cin that I will be sure to see all her members to a safe place. I dont hate her, as I said, this is business.

You yourself state that you are a mobster, however it is unfitting for a mobster to speak so openly about the business involving their own city/family/crew out in the public like that. Don't look at this as some sort of attack, as that is in no way what this is.
This is just me offering some advice. 

It's not ideal to discuss such things so openly until the news is made public and shared with outside cities. Don Seph himself stated that he was working on a formal announcement later, and your action have forced him to come out and comment on a topic before he was ready to.

I think it will serve you well in the future if you follow the guidelines of never speaking about family business outside of the family.
