Ok, so I've answered a lot of the same questions over and over again, so I figured I'd write this up. If I don't answer your question, ask it, and I'll try to answer it.

What if I don't pay my security? Will I lose my oh-so-expensive 22 million dollar toy?
No... You will lose lots of money though. You risk losing anywhere from $17,000 to the entire contents of your casino's vault. The actual amount that's taken is between those numbers, if your vault contains less then $17,000 it will take it all. This, though harsh, will NOT delete your casino. You can still go back and deposit money into the vault to get your casino active once again.

But, what if I'm going on holiday, or if I'm not able to get back before my timer will run out?
My best advice for this is to withdraw the maximum amount from your vault before you leave. If it's not there, you can't lose it. And make sure you pay your security before you log off that final time. The reason we have the security payment is so people can't just buy a casino and let it sit there and soak money up with it. Sure, it's mostly capable of that on its own, so we use the security as a way to keep you some-what active with it.

What is this Scale/Payout Mod thing?
Scale scales the bets by whatever number you choose, 1 to 5. So if the original bet is 100 it would be 100 * scale, giving that options for that bet to be 100,200,300,400,or 500. This is to increase the draw to a casino, while also giving people the option of keeping bets low.

Payout Modifier does almost that, except only with payouts. Payout modifier modifies payouts between 50% to 200% of the base payout. So if that payout was $100, you would get between $50 and $200. Default is 100%. In theory you will make money at 200%, but I wouldn't suggest running it at 200% all the time, as you're really pushing toward a Player edge there.

Can I own a casino?
Do you got over 22 million dollars? If so, yes. There are no rank restrictions, there's no crew restrictions, the only restrictions are cost and you have to buy it in your home city.

Am I really going to die of HIV?

Aug 14, '09 15:57 You fainted in the market because your HIV is attacking your nervous system.

On a more serious note I think you should be able to ban a user form your casino for example I was rinsing MrFCUK's when he first started out and he was all like 'OMG get out'

Report Post Tip

This is a good point, only recently I did over MrFCUK to the tune of $600,000! Ayeyeye! :|

I don't really have anything to add other than I wanted to brag about that, but the pros/cons of banning someone are worth discussion. Realistically, you should be able to ban certain mobsters from your premises....but how is that possible?

The only way I can see you knowing which specific user you want to ban would be to have personals detailing wihch specific players are betting. In theory that would be great, in practise; how long will it be for some immature sap comes along and shoots people up when they take money off him/her?

Report Post Tip

Casino stats give you information on who is making/losing money in your Casino. So MrFCUCK knows how well you have been doing in his Casino.

Report Post Tip

Did I understand you need to hire additional help (securit staff) to your casino? I wonder how much does such staff cost.

PS. WilliamDeSantis you should've used protection!

Report Post Tip

The security staff is all automated. The security payments are done exactly like DFP security payments.
