*Il Siciliano, with an arched back, drags a large rectangular with him covered by a prickly woollen sheet* *The object puts much weight on the small wheels attached to bottom corners* *He pulls it along the path until reaching a small alleyway running parallel to Paul's "Vidi's Fine Suits" where he stops, and stands up straight placing his hand on the object to gather his breath* One moment please! I'll explain in [.] *on turning around it is apparent something clearly is broken with him, or he has a lot of explaining to do as he wears a Cassock. He turns, ready to address anyone on the street* I would like to formerly introduce myself to you, I am Il Siciliano. I come from a land far from the other side of the Atlantic Ocean. I bring myself to the streets as I feel it my duty to offer my services. *Il Siciliano adjusts his collar to loosen his throat* I came to this land with my trunks, arriving on boat not long ago. My acceptance of friendly donations from local businessmen was seen as somewhat a negative by the Archdiocese... *he mutters quietly* Bastard Judas... I understand that in hard times men must feed their families by any means necessary, as long as they are true to God and ask forgiveness for their sins they will pass to heaven for they have fulfilled their duty and brought bread to the table *Il Siciliano stares as though possessed* I do not however accept criminals, those who are stealing for themselves and do not bring tribute to their family, their brother nor and in particular their God. I know that as Catholics in this day we must all pay our time in Confession. I am here to plead with you to Confess, I have noticed the inadequate state of affairs with the lack of a house's of worship here. Though I know you feel it in your heart, you must be absolved to reach heaven. That is why I will now give my services from time to time to listen to your sins, and as a man of the cloth offer your absolution. *Il Siciliano jitters mumbling* Kill those thieves if they take my Bible again I also bring you the privacy of confession box. *he turns and pulls the sheet off revealing a dark oaked confessional box with a white silk sheet hanging to make a cover for privacy for the confessing* Please come! Confess, be closer to God and be forgiven for your sins before you suffer Eternal hell. And the entrance is silk, so no worry about touching velvet, the Devil's fabric. *the few people that listened seem to walk away un-amused* |

*Il Siciliano comes back after sitting on the floor for a few hours realising a purge of personal sin is needed in this community* You know what! You people need to open up, I implore you to shed yourself of your past sins. I come to the streets to bring joy and happiness and eternal peace. I see that we need an incentive! I want to hear your most sinful acts, maybe you did something to someone or had a night of sin. Wash away with them and feel free under the eyes of God. *Il_Siciliano shouts at the top of his lungs* Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Wrath, Envy, Pride, *He takes a deep breath, here comes the monologue* Did you lust badly that you took your daughters best, older friend? Did you see an Ice Cream some banker had so shot him in the head (Murder is unforgiveable, accidents can't be stopped) for your now syrupy cone and kept it all to yourself? Maybe you had sex with your daughters best friend before stealing her ice cream and then taking pride in your actions whilst feeling envy for her towel and being lazy during sex making her make all the effort. You then made her feel your anger for telling your daughter whom you had to buy a horse for her, which you now want for yourself. Let us show we are ready to move forward. You working men and women need to show your faith. Be public that you are ready to let go of past Sin and have a place in the land of eternal light. The one I with ScipitaRourke and Jono feel is the most honest account of the truly worst thing you have done will be awarded $1 Million (WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE MOST CREATIVE ENTRY FULFILLING THE MOST/ALL OF THE SEVEN SINS OR A FEW OF THEM REALLY WELL. POST HERE, ENTRANCE CLOSES 23rd Aug at 23:55 Mafia Time) |

Jono enters confessions, slightly dizzy and hiccuping. He sits down and lets of a huge sigh. Forgive me father, for I have sinned. He hangs his head and speaks softly It started a about a month a go. I was flying high and living it large. I was a successful business man at the top of my game. Working for the mafia ofcourse. I was the right hand man for a newly formed family with in New York. We soon got on our feet and started the usual tricks. You know bootlegging booze, racketeering, prostetution and bank robberies. You name it... We had a handle on it in one way or another. But see, there was a problem with smuggling in the alcohol. Something was going wrong and profits were being skimmed somewhere along the line. This was a very high profile profitable business. We had to sort it out. Don ScipitaRourke new the implications of this. So she assigned me personally to the job. I was given the task of finding out what was going on. I had it all figured out. I would re-arrange the routes that the drivers would travel. I would also arrange it so that one of our Made Men was always close to the truck. Be they riding along with the driver or following behind in their own vehicle. They were the trusted ones ofcourse. They may not have liked babysitting the beer, but they knew the importance of it. They were well looked after, so no complaints there. I also changed the drop off point. Now the only people that new about the drop off point, the routes travelled and the pick up point was myself and a few selected Made Men. It worked! Our profits where back up. Don Scipita Rourke was happy. I was happy. So, with that... I decided to have a celebratory drink. With the Made Men. I entered the drop of point. To a room stocked full of illegal alcohol. I opened up a bottle of the finest whiskey. Poured a few glasses and passed them around to the Made Men. "Congratulations" I said. "We did it, now let's just make sure no one gets wind of this.". I raised the glass to my men and took a sip. Now this is where I get to the point. I don't know what it was. One sip of that fine whiskey. I was hooked. I downed the rest of the glass and then another and another, until the bottle was gone! So I got another bottle. I don't know what came over me. I know Don Scipita Rourke wouldn't be happy with me though. This isn't good. To keep Don Scipita Rourke off my back, I paid full price for the bottles. So no profit was missing. However, it just got worse and worse. As the days went on I got more and more lazy, more and more disgustings and more drunk. I couldn't help it. It was a release for the stresses of the high flying life. For the constant nagging of the idiots. I had essentially ruined what I pushed myself to become. There was this one time, I was at the family speakeasy. Was having a real good time, but people started noticing me. They started noticing why I was looking rough. Why I hadn't shaved in two weeks. I could hear their whispers and feel them pointing at me. Judging me. I was enraged. I don't know what came over me! I stood up and started raging. I shouted. "WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TO JUDGE ME! I AM THE RHM. I AM YOUR BOSS! SIT THE FUCK DOWN AND BE QUIET!". At that point the bartender, a nobody, just some civilian wanting a job spoke up. "Come on lad, you've had enough. Go get some rest, you look like you..." Before he had even finished I shot him. In the chest. See, this is strange for me. The people in my family are my equals. Not my minions. The rest of the night was a blurr. I woke up in a pile of vomit. With a banging head ache and my clothes sprawled all over the place. There was a knock on the door. Huge thumping and shouting. I got up and opened the door. Ready to let the person have it. Until I realised that it was Don Scipita Rourke ofcourse. She smacked me upside the head, knocking me to the ground in my hungover state. I picked myself up, wondering what the fuck it was for. "Do you know what you did last night? Eh? You shot our bar tender. Dragged him into the HQ and threw him in my bathtub!" She explained. She was not happy. Not at all. I mean, would you be? I apologised prothusely. Taking a seat at my desk I explained how it had started. What has been going on. She was not happy and very close to giving me the sack. Which is worse than you might think in my line of business. So here I am, sitting before you. A mess. I figure to get my life back on track, I need forgiveness in the lords eyes. I need guidance and wisdom. I need to keep my job, my life. Forgive me father. |

Quote:Murder is unforgiveable....The only unforgivable sin is suicide..but...whatever. Walks over to the altar with his head hanging low. "Father,I come here to ask for forgiveness,.." It all started last Monday,The boss called me in,when i got there,he had 2 rival family members,we were at war with, the two were made men, they had given the boss about the drug deals their family had planned,so the boss wanted Michael and me to go sabotage the drug deal, take the cash and the money,we did as we were told..heres the story: Michael and i went to Time square park, where the drug deal was meant to go on,apparently they had smuggled of 3.5 million dollars worth of Dope,We saw the deal going down, and thats when they spotted us. "Get the drugs! get the drugs!" One man screamed, michael popped up with his tommy gun and blasted them!"Michael! we werent supposed to whack anybody what the hel is wrong with you!?" "Shut the fuck up,who are you?your an associate before you start making calls you better get on the inside of the family first!"So,anyways the money was missing, but we still found the drugs,by the time we brought it in to the don,he had already read his morning paper,Headline was titled:Drug Deal Massacre. The don wasn't happy. "You know what you two have done?" the Don asked,"You just started another war, were caught up in two wars now,Michael, please step out of the room,i have to talk to KoolaidMann." Michael left the room as told. "Who is responsible for this?" the dn asked, puffing on his cigar. Now im not a rat,but when the don asks something, you better answer, otherwise you may leave with 9 fingers."Michael opened fire on them Don,i told him what you said, but he didn't listen b--" I was silenced. "So,Michael did it all?you didnt shoot any one of them?" "No i obeyed your orders Don" I said back to him. "heres a pistol,"he said handing me the gun."i want you to Whack Michael. "As you wish." And i was gone,i went looking for Michael at all the usual bars and clubs he would go to,he was no where to be found,i was ordering a drink when i saw his car, parked out side my Ma's house! I ran and busted the door down,he had the mother tied up,gun to her head, and said if i made one move he would kill her,i quickly pulled out the pistol, and killed,Michael. I know it aitn that good, but, ehh. |

It's easier when you dont remember it. Straz sits down in the confession chair and lets out a long sigh. Once, I was a fearless man, I had the power to kill a man with a single wish. I was feared by all and known by most. I was a modern day boogey man. All the things I did before that time I had no regrets, my job was unique and more then satisfying, Whole city depended on me, even the mayor. One day... grim... God forsaken day, all I had changed in a blink of an eye, I had no idea why all I had crumbled in the dust after tragic event, Bob's death. Bob was the closest thing I had to a friend. He was more than my friend, he was a part of my life... a very important part. So, one week went by and no hour was spent elsewhere except in my family's bar. I was asked to carry out my duties but I didn't feel up to it. I just wanted the next beer... All I did was drink. After that week, another went by and there was no progress to my grief. Sure I had money, sure I HAD friends, but when two months had passed, no one asked me to do my job anymore, no one sat in my booth. All the respect I once had was gone now, probably forever... One early morning, not any different than the others I was sitting in my booth when this girl... well a woman who was the most beautiful woman I've ever seen in my life, she was a revelation, a true angel. I thought it was the beer, but it didn't matter at the time. She walked to the bartender and asked for directions, I'll always remember her sweet lovely voice asking "Oh my, I think I'm lost, where can I see the Hollywood sing properly?" All I did was stare at her, she had the perfect figure and perfectly round face, brown hair, brown eyes and a cute white dress. I summoned my strength and stood up, walked up to here and said "I can show you". I thank God I showered just a few hours ago otherwise she would've ran away and never to be seen by my eyes again. We had a lovely day I showed her the most recognizable monuments in LA. As we visited Los Angeles tourist locations time went fast and soon it was too late to go anywhere I asked her to come to my house. We spent the over my place. I was happy that I didn't spend any time a home so the house was pretty clean. In the morning while she was dressing up and ready to leave, things went good to worse, all it took was one sentence. "Please, why won't you stay? New York is a big place I have plenty of things to show you." I begged her to stay but she had made up her mind "I can't I have other people to take care of... I'm sure your friends told you?" I was confused "What? Told me what?" She looked embarrassed and tried to seem distant. "Umm... Nothing, I'd better be going then!" It wasn't real hard to put the pieces together, so... "The hell you are!" I ran to the door and locked it so she couldn't escape. "Now, you are going to tell me everything, when did my friends set up this... "Arrangement" and... WHAT THE FUCK!" She looked scared and I was just starting. I was red from all the lies and deception. She looked around searching for escape route, but she was in panic. "Calm down, I'm sure your friends had a good reason for all of this" I hit her in the face. Usually people realize the second when they've done something bad that they should stop... This wasn't the case. I grabbed her hair and dragged her next to my nightstand where I had a .357 Magnum loaded. I pointed the barrel at her temple and said very calmly: "What?" I waited a little while and she was still sobbing, but she managed to mumble: "Your friends told me to cheer you up by taking you out and having a night of... fun." My mine shut down at that spot and I don't remember anything else then pulling the trigger. Next memory I have is when I'm in the police interrogation room two cops asking questions from me. Later I found out that I was accused of killing 16 people... 15 of them were a part of my family, and one of them the brown eyed girl. All I have left is my belief in God. |

It seems the streets have been filled with sin recently. Come forward, confess and maybe win a million for your (creative) honesty. I am sure this will help some new families flocking to the streets after recent events. |
