Credits continued to thumb through the stack of mail on his desk as was his morning ritual. With so many businesses, owned through so many different corporations, the paperwork soon began to pile up and it was down to him to sift through it all and determine what required his attention and what needed to go in the trash. As his thumb hit the stack, something stood out and caught his attention. He removed the rubber band that Rusty had kindly wrapped his morning's work in, and rifled through the letters until he found what he was looking for.

"Well, I'll be damned..." he muttered to himself as he fingered the card he had pulled out from the pile. Greeting him was a photo taken with one of the cameras his newly acquired Eastman Kodak Company in Chicago produced, showing, in remarkable detail, Doll on her holidays in Egypt. The quality was superb and he couldn't help but be pleased that his investment was paying off. She looked thrilled too, which helped.

As he continued to admire the quality of the photograph, his mind drifted to other entrepreneurs in his business. He was sure some of them must have an appetite similar to his own and always looked for ways and means of diversifying their portfolios and minimising both their exposure and their risk. He thought of Philly. He thought of Bella Vista. He thought of all the dodgy businesses (TOM) there and hatched an idea.

"Rust! Rusty, get in here!" he yelled to his ever diligent second in command.

"What?" Rusty asked, none too politely a couple of minutes later upon his arrival.

"Speak to the boys. I want the word put out that CP Industries will be offering a helping hand to any worthwhile business that opens it's doors in Philly." Credits said, hastily scribbling notes on the nearest thing to hand, Doll's postcard.

"Ok." Rusty said shaking his head "And why exactly are we doing this?"

Credits looked up from his notes, trying to realise at what point he had stopped listening to Rusty before giving up and deciding to explain it all to him again.

"We're going to offer a nice bit of change to anyone who can open a viable business here in Philly. I'm not paying for shite, mind, but a business that has patrons for a prolonged period, with sustained custom. Bingo. I'll sort them out."

Rusty tapped his fingers against his temple, trying not to throttle Credits. "I got that bit" he said "but why?"

"Use your head, Rust" Credits said handing the postcard to Rusty "more people equals more business, equals more collections, equals more payments for us. It is an investment."

Rusty looked at the notes in Credits almost illegible scrawl and sighed "I guess I'll get one of the lads to sort this shit out into something people can actually read then"

"That's the spirit!" Credits shouted at Rusty's retreating back.

Visas sat in her office staring blankly at the pile of letters sitting in front of her, Her mind drifting off to her Summer Holiday in the South of France she smiled at the thought but it was quickly replaced with a frown as the realisation set in that the paper work had not magicly vanished.

There really had to be a better alternative she thought but try as she might she couldnt come up with one thumbing through the mountain of papers she came across a letter from Philly grabbing it and opening it in a rush thinking it was a letter from @CersieLannister telling her how great Dat Ass was looking. She slumped back in her chair disappointed Credits was organising another business opportunity She Sighed there was no stopping this man when he got an idea she thought.

Reading through it she smiled this idea of his had some credence She often thought the business district lacked some razza matazz a sparkle that could get the masses to flock back to them. How many sleezy speakeasys where there? A gal like herself could only stand the stench of them for a short time before heading to the nearest exit. Restaurants, bakerys and delicatessens where everywhere but Visas had to stay in shape it took alot of work to keep Dat Ass of hers looking this good if she went to every cake shop people would end up running away in fear of Dat Ass of hers when it rolled down the street.

The more she read the more she liked the idea it was different it had potential turning to a thug standing just off to her side she slapped his face and screeched in anger at him.

How dare you not come up with this idea? We should be doing this, what do i pay you people for?

Calming herself she began to think there had to be a way she could get a slice of the pie piece of the action. Turning her head to Hayley she smiled she knew just the idiot to help see it through.

Hayley call that id.....Get Rusty on the blower for me tell him to meet me at my HeadQuaters

Scratching his head, Rusty had eventually managed to locate The Exiles HQ. It had took him some time however as Credits had scrawled directions in the form of a map, sadly Rusty had been holding the map upside down though. So here he was, waiting for "Don Visass" at her request. Rusty wondered just what in the hell this hot piece of ass wanted from him, hopefully a game of tonsil hockey but Rust doubted it, he wasn't the most handsome of people, as Credits so frequently reminded him. Still, he pulled out the picture he and Credits had snapped together the first time he had shown him a "selfie". Rust pulled it out and admired it, despite not being handsome, Rusty knew he had other qualities that a lady may like. Rusty smiled at the picture and put it away again.

He wondered if maybe Visas would want a pic of him too, Rust took a quick snap, just in case she did and then waited for her to welcome him...
