Pulling the car up behind the warehouse, he walked in.  The doors had seen better days and the warehouse smelt of malt liquor as the idea of lighting a match was quickly discouraged.  Wandering through with Rick, he rubbed his finger on the dirty glass as he smelt opportunity, profit and a chance to strengthen his hold on Cork Town.

The warehouse had not been used since The Purple Gang, as he tapped on the large oak casks, he grinned as he looked them over.

“it doesn’t matter how broke people are, they still want fun”

Pausing he sipped from his own flask

“It is time for me to seek opportunity for you my friend.  You have stood loyally by my side, grown the family, attended the meetings, worked with the crew and it has all been training you for this opportunity”

Offering the flask over he grinned

“It’s time for you to become my Captain and use and expand on the skills you have used to make you so useful to me”

Watching Rick looking shocked, he smiles

“fortune favours the bold my friend”

Beckoning him back to the car, he smiled as he watched Ricks surprise before reaching for an ice bucket with champagne inside.

“Congratulations RickJames,  may you pass on the old ways of this world to your future members”

Congratulations RickJames, cocaine's a hell of a drug !!!

If I may say so, an excellent choice. I look forward to working with The Detroit Partnership in the future.

Diavolo finds himself in Detroit at a very special hour, he watches all the locals party and congratulate Mr.James. He is just kind of the one guy there parting but not saying anything, he had a blast with all the new ladies and people he'd never met before that night.

He see's Mr.James alone for a brief second so he decides to go over to him. "Hey Mr.James, the names Diavolo and I'm from Vegas. I found myself here on your most joyous occasion. I'd like to personally congratulate you on this achievement, I know you will do great things for your city."

He sees an entourage of ladies coming his way with what looks to be an angry Eddie Murphy, and decides to smile nod then exit the place as he knew it couldn't be a pretty sight no matter what happened next.

Congratulations. I look forward to seeing Corktown develop.
