Chapter 1: Love Part 1

I walk down the street to Esham's Reckless Bar and walks peer through the window. I'm so busy looking that I didn't notice that someone was watching me.

"You going in or what?", a voice from behind me asks. I jump at the sound and I'm surprised to see jay_leno standing there. I'm so speechless that he just smiles at me and opens the door.

"Wanna go in for a drink?", he ask.... I just stood there. Finally I gather my wits and say yes.

Once were inside I ask Jay why he came so early.

"You said you wouldn't be in town for another week.", I said.

"I didn't want to miss your birthday."

What, I thought. I was pretty shocked to find out that he came all the way to Detroit just so he wouldn't miss my birthday. It was really sweet.

For the rest of the night we talked and talked.

"I need to be getting home.", I said.

"Wait. Don't go. there's something at my condo that I want to show you.", he said in a rush.

I wanted to go with him but I didn't trust the look in his eyes.....

Vaniz takes a puff at his cigarette, and says
